dear members,

the technical team have looked at the traceroutes and can see no huge problems with network connections. can a few of you please message me with your ingame nicknames and the technical team will test your connections to frost.

update: after checking some users logs during testing connections with frost it was found that some people are using 3rd party software which is being blocked by frost and is leading to the disconnects. we advise you to uninstall this software completely and clear the registry afterwards.

and you mean we get disconnect because of frost connection ? how can it happen we have different pcs different programs our common point is same network infrastructure.

 

only common thing about us is we are all from turkey. it is like 1 polish guy got 3rd party software so half core server suppose to get disconnects. nice solution. please go look what was changed at monday.

 

we still have the problem please fast fix!

 

logs dont lie, the characters whose nicks we recieved were checked and as i siad "some" of them were using 3rd party software and so advised to remove it and clear registry.

@anyone who hasnt supplied a character nick to have the connection checked cant expect us to work miracles if you dont supply the information needed we cant help you.

thıs is just sad that other people getting discconnect becouse of some guys using 3rd party. there is nothing we can do from our side but only wait. i dont expect miracle it is simple as re-doing what has been done at monday to make all turk get disconnect. but the way you say our problem wont be fixed. i wonder what is next, some european guy using 3rd party and all server getting disconnect?, will you ask them same "give nicks,give routes.

i have a question to you ; if we lose connection with that site "https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/" that means we lose connection with game ? because when we get disconnect we cant connect "https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/" for 1 mins sometimes 5 mins sometimes less. my point is it's not about frost is blocking something and we are getting disconnects

 

who said you wont get help? i said simply if you dont provide the information required to try to assist you then its impossible for us to help you, its like asking someone to solve a math problem but only giving them a blank piece of paper with no figures. i also said, now try reading this carefully this time, that "some" people who have had their characters connections to frost checked are using 3rd party programs and those people have been asked to uninstall these programs and clear registry and then continue to play. no one said that several people got disconnected because of one person using 3rd party programs, the logs have shown several people running them so what i updated was of relevance to them, not to everyone so stop with the wild accusations lol.

@turkbars - i can get them to look into that also but one step at a time, firstly we checked the traceroutes, then we checked those of you who provided the needed information for connection to frost.
