sry no servers failed, hard to fail if i dont even play on any server.
if u are all so sure about core is so alive why all this haters care that much about new server opening?
its innova decision and only after server start we will see if it is full or fail.

 

lineage 2 is a long term mmorpg, it doesn't mean, that if a server full at the start times will full 2-3 months later too.

with active shopping in l2 store you need about half year while you get the level 99 on a new server if you have a const party what with you can xp and make instances in daily 6-10 hours.

if you won't buy items or haven't const party, it will need much longer time close to a year.

so plan to longer if u want start to play with an mmo.

i'm so happy!! polish community is the biggest after russia in europe no 1 but 2-3 pl servers can be high but innova need advertisement for no old but for new players hows never been play in l2.

lineage is not counter-strike where any ****** can move the mouse and press left click to shoot anything moves or not around him.... is a complex game, with a complex environment and sadly i have seen many new (first time l2) players that after 1 month of playing were still around lvl 50 - 60 because no1 explain to them what to do, when and where. most of the new players come in this game and in a specific server because of friends that are playing lineage on that server and play for a long time because usually the friends are helping them to lvl and most of all to understand game mechanics. advertising a new server or the game won't be of much help, especially in this chronicle where till lvl 85 everybody plays for his own in a mad lvl rush and no1 is willing to help newbies cause they just loose time. if lineage wants new pplz they should implement a referral system or smtg similar (old players get some bonuses ingame because they bring new players) but that won't happen because in asia this game is rly popular and they don't have any problem with population on servers. so in conclusion a new polish/hungarian/romanian or w/e server will just lure the population from eu/na servers, won't bring new players to the game.

 

they are opening newer and newer localized servers, but even 1 year after that core is opened, still they can't make a normal, useful webpage.

 

its hard to believe that mother russia does not have some of the #top web coders. don't know what they are waiting for.

 

well with these steps hasn't nice future for sure.

i do not think, that too much polish players would play on polish servers, first of all no, as they see how the innova manage their servers and the game in the last times.

as the players before me told too, the game hasn't a normal webpage neither.

after all just the question, that now the innova plan to share its player base and make more smaller groups from it, will they have enough power to keep out until the chapter 3. while after this will comes up the another questions, how much the players will would like to play on place where they will just get a part of the game, because a part of content will work just in cross server mode.

also as return the old epic bosses with high level, appear the new epic boss lindvior to them need a playerbase too what hunts down them, make pvp for them.
they did german server they do polish one and they promised, spanish, italian, swedish, turkish, french and holland servers too.
so, if half of the core community of those who comes from this country leave, who will stay here?

some portuguese, hungarian, greek, romanian, lithuanian players at least as i read the forum user info of the players here mostly these ppl are here.

ant queen, orfen, frintezza, baium for sure will get level boost to 90+ also maybe zaken and core too. also it is in plan that the catacombs will reopen and anakim and lilith will return too on a higher level with this might be.

so almost every content will return as it was in the past, except the gustavs style free pk-pvp.

so the pk will free also as it now in the glory days, but it isn't good offer to run around 300-400 pk points:d.

welcome back mass pvp! not stupid istina/fortuna stuff.
this can make game interesting again for me and many players that were missing pvps for epics.

scubba has right. in the interlude, c5, kamael etc times that is why the teon partly was successful too, because there was huge amount of players, who made many and huge pvps.
same story was in russia with the cadmus or did become to famous 1-2 private server about its pvp and because they were free.
right now, the ncwest, innova eu and innova ru offers too free to play mode. so now the official companies would have the chance to destroy most of the private server communities and collect them to their servers.
also if we look the innova eu it would be in good position in eu, own the rights currently, their servers in europe, has better anti-cheat system as the ncwest.

but with this actions what the innova eu makes, in its region the 7vs7 will be gigantic castle siege and the 2vs2 is huge mass pvp.
after all this also results, that some exist player here accept the russian language and move to innova ru or accept the bots and move to the ncwest or what is the worst go back to private servers.

but if the things work as deepblue says, the innova eu has chain its hands, if they won't localize the game may have to give back the rights of europe to ncsoft, but if they localize the game it easily can result to them financial fail at the end.

this is how i imagine the situation of lineage ii in 2013 in europe.

 

give 34 classes and not instanced epics + make good promotion and players will back.
idea to merge innvoa with nc soft servers is also not stupid if we think about cros server events and character transfers.
but that kind of merge wont happen prolly.
pl server can give fresh start with lindivior update option in future. lets hope not only polish ppl wil join it and and innvoa will promote it also for example in cz/sk ad other eu countries.

 

merge with nc soft = no thanks , two diff companies , and us time , ping etc etc
bot server no one want here.

cz/sk have also strong comunity in regards of lineage 2
