Bugged birthday presents now?

i think this is just a big fail from innova.we all waiting for this double exp week and suppose that we'll be able to use the birtday gifts to avoid paying for tea,vit maintaning,etc...
but at this momment shows that innova the only thing that wants from this event is plps to buy from l2store.
i just cannot believe that they didn't knew that the birthday presents is bugged and they run this server for 1 year.
anyway this is my personal opinion, but i'm not thinking that i'm the only one that see that like this.

p.s. i dont have in game birtday now but a lot of my party mates does.

as aqua correctly posted, there was already an announcement made about the birthday gifts and as it states its a problem that is down to the developers to be fixed so you can stop with the false propaganda.

okay, birthday bugged, copy that.
fix on its way... got that one to.

sooo what's with the people who had their birthday and could not get a gift ?
anny word about getting it as soon as there is a fix, or bad luck you have been pawned ?

as the announcement says, be patient and wait for further updates. there is no need to open multiple posts on the same subject, the announcement will be kept up to date with progress on the issue.
