Innova fails at doing business again?

i dont know how to polite and fair criticize that. if i write now it will be flame and abusing. so i will leave it with no comment

and why do you think they made this announcement?
check the time and date of my conversation and you may get it this time.
the bonus visible in the upper right corner is there from 5-6 months. my question for the "support" team was why i did not get 10 euro more when i linked my facebook few days ago. they've said - "its a bug". ok. that's fine. but the question now is: why they removed the previous bonus?
so now innova+mak0 fail

 

no becuz if u played from server start, u knew there was this feature long ago.
the bonus didnt work as money but as price reduction if u had enough normal money anyways.

so u fail qq moar

 

mako again is trying to be omnipresent w/o paying attention to what ppl talk/write but fails again.
if you look carefully to my first post o0 mighty mak0 you will see in the 4th screenshot the way you have to use bonus euros. and i am not you mak0 and i can read in different from my mothers language. so go hate somewhere and someone else pls. and dont qq its not "manly"

 

ok cut it out both of you, this isnt a section for who fails more then another, you have pm's for that so take it there.

the bug was reported, the announcement was made, the normal steps by any company were followed, bugs happen thats a part of internet life so keep your feedback polite and constructive please.
