Quest bug(?) - Reacting to a Crisis

hi,

the quest reacting to a crisis (daily in kamael dungeon) seems to be bugged - or has there been a change with the update?
if you use the verna's vaccine on the golem generators you don't get the quest item anymore
(or did they change that to "chance to get it"?)

 

it's 100%.
if you have 30 keys, and you use the vaccine on 5 generators, the quest will finish.

yesterday, till the last generator and quest finished, it still shows 0/5, but after last one, it finished properly and i could deliver...
