Problem to start game

hello everyone.

i have a small problem to login to the server as soon as the regular site, click on play, the game opens normally, but when i get to the character selection screen, the start button appears disabled, however if i create a new char within the same account, i can log into the game normally.

could someone help me in this regard?

if ur character is ;grey;; and there is no ;start button; that means u did someting illegal /exploit any bug/insult someone and got banned . u can check if ur bann is permanent or for few hours on https://support.4game.com/

yesterday i managed to log into the server, but today the same thing happened again, what can i be doing? and i do not know how to create a support ticket.

if your character remains grey that means it has been suspended and you need to contact support. forum staff is unable to help in this matter.

if its not it, please post a screenshot how does it look like.
