is this a PA scam??

i have a really easy question, why on month of frebruary my pa account have 28 days use while on information when you upgrade account say that 30 days?
in first i think that its because have one month of pa, month with 30, 31 days 30,31 pa days, month with 28 days 28pa days.
my problem its now when i upgrade today my account and see that i have 30 days of pa acc and no 31, because this month have 31 days.
why if you ugrade acc in february have 28 days of pa and no 30, this is a scam???

not true, my last pa paid on february was for 28 days.

 

pa goes for calendar months as far as i know. as there are only 28 days in the month of february, that would be correct.

ok, but why if this month have 31 days pa acc only have 30 days?

 

becouse sometime when u do it,it eppear like 31 becouse it count the day u do it

 

but yes they made a bug. when you buy pa it show you 30 days but intern they calculate with 1 month so in feb they will steal a couple of days.
