Why so hatred in Lineage 2 community?

heya ,

i just came out of kartia 95 group , and just before this kalios dies , my party killed me and expelled me from the party. i did bad , by giving them rhapsody before the kalios rage was off .
i don't honestly care for the exp or drops lost , but i have a question.

i guess all of you playing here , have noticed that the community is very unfriendly . they will call u ****** for every small mistake you make. they will insult you whatever happens that is not in their favor.
my question is , why? why so resentful people ? why is everyone so angry ?
it's just a game , and i come here to have some fun , do some olympiad and instances , and enjoy when i got something good as drop.

i just felt like creating this thread and ask you people reading this , to tell ur opinion , why is the community so hateful ?

first of all we cannot force some ppl to stop insulting. they usually enjoy doing it . also there is big aggresion toward 'random' players (= from other clans) because most of time they usually afk, they die, they dont give buffs etc etc... im also angry but i dont put it into the chat .... but not always.

good command is /block so you won't see somebodies insulting. if you want go further , make a screenshot and then write to support and i believe he will learn very quickly to stop instulting

 

rapso during kalios rage ? you should feel lucky that they didn't pk you.

as you wrote yourself it's just a game, there could be billions of reasons why they did of what they did.

 

ffs youre an 95level player how the hell you could not know basics ? they should pk you because you were that bad on 95 lvl ...

open l2wiki, learn something, remember and its profit because you wont be flamed that much

cast rhapso always after you see full debuf on target you want to kill, allso
always do it in save range so you make sure nobody will interrupt you
what for you have angel touch ? use it wisely

you cant just stupidly cast it because you will waste rhapsody
to have full benefit you need every possible debuff on target
all party member must hitting boss, not lay on the ground or afk because most of skills coming from dd`s are active trigger

good healer will instant cast debuffs before rage of boss you mentioned, then he reset it so you basicaly just do good damage and after that you cast rhapso in safe ofc

 

even so, not all people was born with all the knowledge of the game. may be the guy just hit 95 and didn't knew that the rage is so important, that he must keep the rhapsody after it passed. no one is perfect and we all are learning from our mistakes. however this is not a reason to expel the guy and kill him. after all he was in their party. they could simple explain him that. i was called noob iss, because i cast rhapsody when ron came (as i m usually doing though), and we got feared... am i the noob or the healer, who doesn't know when to use celestial? after all i didn't fail my rhapsody, they failed to use their skills, but it was my "early" rhapsody fault... anyway i just block those people, it work perfect and i don't really care. i'm here to have fun.
about angel touch, it doesnt help on spicula with noob party. about reset on debuffs from healer, only 97+ healer can do that :d

doing a misstake is okay as along as you learn from it. when you join a party with random guys you cant expect them to play perfect.

i hate this "man wtf noob lol"-attitude.

be cool .. and if you really want to blow of some steam pm your friends (if exists) and tell them how lolwtfstupidnoob he was.

 

that is why i play on the naia and not here.
i did join to many random party and i have good experience at all. if you evade to party there with brazilians, polish or russians, mostly all work well.
the flamers of the ncwest use to playground the official forum, while the players of the ncwest play on the servers.

for sure you can find everywhere good persons/clans and idiot ones too. but community at the nc i feel much better even now, as closing the chapter 3 and many old player starts to return who with u spent a lots of funny time, make the community atmosphere to much better.

 

sure they dont play so abd cause programs do most work instead of them, so they have even time to chit chat with you etc. great comparison bro : )

 

because this one post, is for you, the norm here in eu? get real... one post not even last week on naia forum (5 days ago), of similar situation on istina (not kartia 95). is it the norm for there too? have you ever even played on this server? :d

unproffestional support and gm team (if theres any team beside of juji because sace left this sinking boat)

ps. you are flamed in eu because youre bad. youre so terrible and you know it, its too hard for you to change so you better move to americans, there everyone is bad or cheating

lol me and over 9000 (kiddin ofc, but we are a lot) left almost (and) max lvl chars on ncwest, because we know what is there, and i guarantee, here is much much better. and more are moving.
at least here we are not censured for saying our thoughts. if you wrote the same post but with innova name on ncwest forum i'm sure it will be gone in like 1 h or less. to not mention all the hacks and laggs and bots and "cool" support... really... and dont make the thread ncwest vs innova one, cuz innova wins! the community even in real life is being like that. you can't expect it to be different, only because it is virtual...

 

that is why the community bad here, because always flame the anothers as you make it. i know well, what issues has the ncwest and what issues has the innova.
do not forget neither that innova can put anytime dewr or stuffs like this to its store if they want more money, nobody didn't write to stone, that innova never won't do it.

if you read your own forum, there is a lots of gm fail even more as the nc has, also were here more events too what was money focused events.
scammers are here too, as you can read on the forum.

nc officially told, that soon they say good bye to gameguard to get a new anti cheat system. they won't use the frost at least currently looks they search another, but frost already unable to work well in russia, bot groups on steel citadel, adena seller spammers in the towns and there are more top clans who use same type of xxxx and scripts like at the nc.

even if these aren't exist at the innova eu, not only, because it has so super good service, but also because the people doesn't really care at all about the innova a lots of player did return to naia from core who since this time too actively play there.

and no, to play with brazilian players far not so annoying as to play with polish players, who are always flaming or make the problems. many brazil player just simple not so intelligent, cuz most of them this (15-20 age), but polish players who even more intelligent in normally acts like them.

ncwest who cares? you always come here (rapidblades) to write about why is bad innova, you always guess something new why you don't want to play here. the first 10 times it was funny, but now it's annoying. if you like so much ncwest, play there, write that's forum and don't stress us with your best best best server.

 

so as you do play in naia go to post to your bot-crowded nc west. wrong hole dude, this innova. if you don't like it here leave plz and stop spamming.

i loled at this, seriously, you play in a bubble thinking that your beloved nc west actually does something about cheaters. hahahaha adena sellers and bots are a creation of nc themselves... nc west can't attract users the legit way so the same staff/gms spam web pages leading to adena/plvling services/character sellers (that they own ofc) in exchange for real money... they can't earn it the legit way, that's the reason why bots/adena sellers/character sellers and other monstruosities will always be an issue at nc west.

just to sum up, it is a vicious circle... they need to renew and make the "third-party" software obsolete (you called it new anti-cheat system) so they can make more money from users who need to.... y'know "update" their cheats. nc west reality in simple words.

regarding the staff, here's is not the best but a lot better than west, i can say that for sure since i've been in both west and here (not in west anymore)... just remember the "summoner outrage" case at west...... in that week more people fled from nc west than all the people that for customer service reasons might have left innova.

when it comes to people i prefer european than br, however i try to make things as civilized, fun, pleasant with all as possible. (sometimes it's not possible but i try)

a mistake can be done by anyone even pros and not all the community is hateful just forget what happened and continue playing. use "block" for flamers, it works wonders ! :d and not all the people is angry and hateful, at least not me

what i learned from lineage2 and other online games.

the englishskill is inversely proportional to the playerskill. that fit only for english based games cause a player that cant even read a skill description cant play that hero well.

a player flame and blame skill is inversely proportional to his playerskill. i saw so many idiots that fail so hard while they blame other players mistakes.

the problem is quite simple. a human dont like it when you criticize him. as lower the iq is as higher the chance that he cant handling and subtle thinking. but handling and subtle thinking is the base to see your faults and correct them. if you dont have that feature you cant even change your playerskill to become a master in that game.

all in all. when they **** you up in that case then they are not even better but they are happy cause they can hide there bad gameplay

i dont have a problem with players that make mistakes but only if they see there mistakes. and when someone is new in a instance, raid there is no problem to write the rules. but what i dont like in that game that a ******* huge amount of player cant even write and read a single english sentence so that i have no chance to help them and they fail in 90%.

so i think that the idiots hate cause the dont know it better and the smart player hate cause they are to many idiots in lineage2

 

i agree 100% with krontas above.and i dont like to compare 2 companies own the same game but in this case anyone can see innova is way ahead.what i can see is as games are evolving more low iq players join them and this really destroy them.
i really dont believe that nswest will see a bright day in bot/rmt problem even if they keep saying but i really would be glad to do it so the 10% normal players that remain there can finally enjoy a bit this game.thats from me.

 

hi! i just want to tell that nobody should act like a pro or anythining in front of players who just gotten their new lvl and do first time instances, or sometimes players who after work there are times they forget what to do on game. not all spend their entire day or half the day in front of computers. also dont mention ncwest in this thread cause its inferior to anything on innova. ( i say that from personal experience). as mentioned above /block is good option and ofc brain damaged players exist everywhere!!! so just play to enjoy game and leave those to make their qq. its just that not all understand that l2 is not only about drama!!!!
