Why so hatred in Lineage 2 community?

yes krontas has right in a lots of thing.

a part of the lineage 2 player is very professional those who play this game since years on the different official servers. but there is a part of the current community, what arrive and arrived since the game is is free to play.

mostly the most annoying the brazil, russian or hungarian players (not all of them of course, but many of them) when they are not enough that often new in the game, but they speak 0 english, while often their iq is 0 too.
so you go with them to an instance, they dunno what they have to do, they haven't clue what you try to explain them in english.
yes, than we older player might be become to angry and start to hate them, while they start to hate, because they do not understand why we hate them:d.

i often watch different lineage 2 video on the youtube, but i always detect, that in 90% the english communication skill of these brazil or russian players like this "c4 is the best" "interlude forever". they not even played on an official c4 or interlude server, not even know what is it really. so the problem is here.

 

this is so damn true...

c4 chronicle was stollen from ncsoft and many priv servers grow up cause of everything working
but the rest chronicles was only pts mode so they have 0knowlege about game coming to core for example
i always help with advice till the time they listen, since im happy to play with them on non pirate version of l2

i totally agree with this guy. i mean i've always been the friendliest of players with absolute respect for everybody and yet all i keep recieving back is flames.

it's the gm's fault in the end. instead of making that iron dude suit, they should make a flower power suit to help with this outrageous situation.

a community full of trolls and haters... god.

 

this is nothing, try browsing the ncwest forums and you will see some serious trolling and flaming; makes this community seem boring. :d

 

now seriously talking, ncwest is normal to be full of flaming. a lot of people there are oldschool players and the new ones just followed on the trend.

ofc lineage is about flaming hating trolling, this game went on for years by making you xp (or bot) your way to max lvl and if you died you lost hours and hours of work.
jesus god, in these conditions people ask why there is hate in l2.

why thank you dear sir for making this train of mobs. yep, i've just lost my last 16 hours of farm or have to spend all this cash to use a brez. i will go on the forum and commend you for being a jolly sport.

 

while i was on nc west server magmeld the most common reason for flaming and insulting was the clan wars...
the 90% of a hero shout was to insult someone, tell him that he/she uses potions in pvp and botting...after you saw a hero starting this every 10 seconds you had a chance to see some very interesting information about each others real life

 

core player only flame if someone fail that hard, that is not sure if this guy is trolling or on drugs
for sure everyone, even you have a bad day when you want to finish dat kartia 85 quite fast
but then comes player a and mess everything up, for sho everyone will flame him, its a game played by humans with real feelings at all

 

funny enough i just read this topic and the same thing happened to me. paper tank on soh trains and he dies on two hits neverminding that he have celestial and iss forgot the rhapsody . since they were friends me (the aeore) was the guy to blame and in the end sadly enough they killed me. gotta say its really ridicilous to actually **** at tank or iss or w/e and to try and blame the others. just my 5 cents for the topic.

 

i got an inkling why the community is so mean most of the time. the reason is that the community roughly divides into casual players, who log whenever they want to and do 2-3instances and log out and into pro-s who have to do all instances every day or the hell will freeze over. these 2 parts of the community cannot get along with each other and when a pro is forced into finding a random party for whatever reason (usually they got cps) they are under a lot of time pressure (since their world will obviously end if they miss one instance or if one instance takes 15min longer to complete).
you cannot force the pros to play more casual and relaxed and you cannot force the casual people to become pro's (since they lack the time, effort and know-how). you never know who will be with you in a random party, but most players have been here for a while, so they wont make exceptions or excuses to the new people. l2 isnt a casual game anyways, so in the end random newbies are kind of useless and will quit in the long run (90% of them at least, some turn into pro's and some still remain) so why bother being nice to them?
so what can u do as a random casual player? not much...either become a better player or train/exp only with your friends.

 

true! and to add 1 more thing, to all those who dont want anything to go wrong, just xp with cp and and stop blaming others for everything. we are all humans, not machines to make everything perfectly...

tyr went afk 30 sec on mana stage, they was hitting but want dm, also dm past every pre-ron boss hide :d

real factor came to server :d

 

first of all tyrr wasn't hitting bonus stage + lakielo so that's why we thought he was afk. his mana was below 50%.
furthermore, if you don't do dm every time the boss disappears, mobs will come and they will hit us hard. - many players said "we dont need dm", why you dont need dm? if something happens and mobs are aggroed, it's gonna be a huge fail.
moreover, as an iss, you should buff when we are on bonus stage, you expected from us to say it probably?
plus, my personal opinion is that if you use br on 1/4/7 it would be better and you will earn a lot of time.
you started the flame and the drama and you came to post those pics here. i am not trying to be the zerg-op that came here from ncwest, i came here to enjoy the game better than ncwest's servers and without bot.
if i was botting why i left there my 95 lvl (only) tank and came here? lol ..

finally, if you don't want to be given advices from others, start learning how to play your iss

btw, even isabella said in pt chat to kick you. you can read it on the 3rd screenshot that you posted.

your job is to buff, my job is to heal and so on. every class has it's own role. that's why lineage 2 is an rpg (role playing game). get used to it.

you really should learn to think before post something.

i am really so tired from little kidos who have nothing better to do than take screens with randoms and come here in forums to cry and start a drama....i have nothing more to say!ppl play this game with their own playstyle!i already forgot this fortuna and the arguement cause that was just an arguement between different opinions.if you wanna make it drama on forums be my guest i wont bother at all from the next minuite!peace have fun and keep on good game!

ps:before you accuse me of botting next time check it!comming from west doesnt mean i bot my 95lvl healer there!cause if i had i would had stayed there and not come here start from 0 with no bot.
