Useless bot reporting

my report (8253-rszc-8122) was posted on 19.03.2013. since then i added 3 more posts with lots of screenshots and replays. bot owner is known (some noob from ooc who is not able to exp his sub alone), bot characters are known, proof is unquestionable, and what i see?

"we will check it and apply the necessary measures.
your help is very important for us. have a great time in the game!"

and of course every day i log in, i see those bots online. it's really nice to see such fast and successfull reaction of staff...

 

where are those bots?

i have been on this server for almost a month and i haven't seen more than 1-2 low lvl chars botting.

where are these ppl botting? - i'm now lvl 96 so been around, but ofc not the high lvl areas yet.

cause i won't waste time and money on this server to outfarm a bot....

 

post video or screen or any proof, tell their location via command in game
otherwise youre just a troll spreading propaganda that on core are bots

 

nope, they are to create a ticket to support and not post something on the forum, the forum is not used for bot reporting and guys this is not a discussion section so please do not post here unless you are leaving constructive feedback/suggestions for the team.

gms have added a post in my support report, apologising for delay in my case, also i haven't noticed bots online recently, so it looks something good had happened, thank you

there's no need to worry in my opinion. i'm playing from first day of server and so far i only spotted 2 single bots (i'm monitoring them every day and no sign of them), and one multibot (2 bots + 1 beneficient), this case is a reason of this complaining post, but it looks it's being solved already :]
i hate bots and in this matter i cannot say a bad word about this server :>

well, gm reaction shows that i'm not joking. we'll see how this case is solved, but i don't want to post anything on forum, just not to give any instructions to potential bots-wannabe :>

edit in game petition with infomation (before clicking "send") where to apply cases - tickets.

just imagine when i clicked "send" in game and got message like "sry mate this dont work, find other way"

 

the bot reporting function ingame is a known issue and is something the developers (remembering that innova are not the developers) need to fix, this is a long standing issue and there are numerous threads around the forum explaining how to report a bot to us. those threads were put in several sections of the forum so that there is plenty of notice for everyone about how to report them effectively.
