this is not true

 

this is an international server, u can speak even in zimbabuens in hero channel :d that about only english allowed in hero chat its just in private, donations servers full of pro brazilians trashtalkers with many epics, and weapons +18 :d

 

if you speak any other language then english on the hero chat, that just means you are arrogant and don't care with other ppl. although this description fits 80% of the l2 community.

if you wish to report someone miss-using any of the chat systems including hero chat then you should create a ticket to support and attach any screens/videos to support your claims, the forum is not the place for reporting such things.
