    can you please be more specific than: maintenance is being extended ....

    maybe you can say by aproximately one hour or two hours. it's so annoying to just sit here and wait, without knowing whenever it will come up.

    say five hours if that is what you need it's 10x better than sitting here knowing nothing and it might comes up in five minutues or two hours....

    really wasting a lot of ppls time.

    dear, druim, go make some coffee, tea, juice or whatever you like, watch some tv, go outside and see the sunny day :d don't get angry on so minor thing like a pixel game :) those maintenance hours are a good thing :p

    lolz, sweetnight. you're right. but you can't plan anything when they don't give you any clues on how long it will be.

    well unfortunately sometimes in life things are unpredicatable and its not always possible to give a timeframe, we have always tried to give a possible timeframe when we have been given one but unfortunately in this case it was not possible so rather then not informing anyone we have infact done just that and informed you that there is an unspecified delay so please calm down, these things happen and are out of our control, afterall we could say to you "5 hours" and then you go away for 5 hours and come back to find out that it was up in 10 minutes and be frustrated that you lost over 4 hours of gaming time.

    i am really calm, just trying to tell you something that would make your service better. every single human being hates to be in this state of not knowing anything. you just told us that it doesn't work at the moment... well ohh really? - ppl can figure that out by them self, as they can't login.

    just asking for some aproximately time. 2-5 hours ect.

    anyway i am very happy with your server so far - only been here for a few weeks and you're doing a good job. - keep it up.

    as i said, we always try to give an estimtated time for delay, you can see that yourself by looking at the hisitorical posts in the maintenance section, but it is not always possible to do so and this is one of those cases where it is not so ranting isnt really helping anyone which is why i say "calm down" ;) i know its frustrating, its not fun for us either not knowing how long a delay is but thats life sometimes we just gotta wait :cool:

    deepblue explained he's not sure of the eta.
    staff said that it's all delayed and deepblue said why staff isn't giving us eta.
    read the tweets on the front page, they already said once about the delay.

    btw, i found out the truth, the new cm threw a party:

    i dunno but this long weekly maintenances seem rly unprofessional to me. i come from a private srv and it had better up times than this.

    welcome to official games where official files need official fixes ;) you cant compare official games with freeshards, thats like comparing oranges and apples, it doesnt work. a few hours of maintenance each week is pretty standard practise for most large online games.
