    thread moved to appropriate section.

    innova has always had pts on ru before eu for the first stages of open testing this has been the same since the very beginning as innova have been running the ru servers for many years before the eu server(s) were opened they already have their system in place for that. and as has already been answered several times it will be running on our pts in may.
