Lindvior vitality item question

in lindvior path notes i noticed this:

what does it mean?

you know what is r grade pounch ? this pounch is a item that can drop if any of your pt have vitality points
weapon pounch could give you even r99 retributer in soh

so if on livindor they delete unidified items its simple that you wont ever get armor and weapon on that pounch

 

first time hear about pouches and their relation to vitality. but i am not a big farmer.
anyway "vitality points" and "vitality item bonus" doesn't look like the same thing.

 

pounch system was introduced before god
and this is system that give you a chance for pounch only if you hunt on normal mobs, allso doesnt incrase chance for normal drop, only for pounch
there are places where you can drop them with better chance cause vit is up longer and you kill trains, r grade its mostly soa in group hunting,r95 is gf with group and r99 is in soh

there are some things you need to just experience, you cant know them from l2 wiki
for example look at rewards from this quest

in reality you can allso get enchancement pounch r grade.

 

so, has it become clearer what does this patch note means?
