as in subject - which epic will decrease reuse time for battle rhapso? freya or frintezza?

currently:

no necklace will reduce the cooldown because its 10 minutes fixed, no matter what you do.

in next update:

all necklaces which have skill-reuse reduction for all skills or physical skills. (it is physical if i'm not wrong, i didnt check ingame). this doesnt include freya.
so the only possible answer is frintezza.
other alternatives: valakas, istina

 

nc soft made powerfull buff for iss enchanter usage but it has fixed reuse capped in 10min i guess

on ru pts rhapsody with bless valakas have 390s reuse, don't remember harmony.
