    hello, i'm writing in forum for first time so i'm sorry if this is not the right place.
    today (19.05.2013) my char has a birthday but i dont receive anything: not mail, nothing in inventory and wh.
    sorry for disturbing you and ty in advance.

    did you talk to a gatekeeper and chose "call alegria" ?

    yes, i tried all possible options and result is .. nothing or telling me i dont have adventurer's hat in my inventory
