Old L2 veteran returning to L2 and looking for friends

hey guys,

i haven't been playing lineage2 for years (exept a brief gentle touch with god on ncwest) but after watching some old videos of castle sieges i got the urge to play the game again. do you think i can still catch up to people and have an endgame experience? how easy is it to get to 90 compared to ncwest's servers? are there enough people online to get the full lineage2 experience or is it just sitting in town and waiting for a party to form for 2 hours? and also, would someone be kind enough to explain some of the new things to me i maybe should look out for while leveling up? that would be so amazing!

about me: i'm 24 years old and i currently live in germany. i just got my bachelors degree in graphic-design, thus having a lot of free time i want to waste on this game i am a very laid back and chill guy that usually gets along with all sorts of people.

anyways, i hope i didn't ask for too much!

edit: how much will the premium account speed up my leveling?

 

premium account - double exp

 

welcome , you can reach top players and play vs/with them but you need spend time, shoudn't take you more than 5 minutes to take a party for istances, so you can even make them all daily, if buy premium will be faster for you reach lvl 99. :d

 

so i guess i'll treat myself to a premium account and start leveling tonight when my client has finished downloading =)

 

quick advice - get 85 before lindvior because mentor xp buff 200% will turn into 50% only. good luck!

alright, so i guess i have a few weeks. no rush

 

i bought premium account and i became awakened in around 20 hours of gameplay i think...join raid boss camping parties they give tons of xp, that's how i did and i went from 75 to 80 in 1 hour plus the time to do the 3rd class quest :d

uh one more question: does the mentor xp buff stack with pa and vitality? and is it farely easy to go get a mentor after 40?

 

you will find mentee certificate in your werehouse and so you can get a mentor from lvl 1...and yes pa stacks with vitality and mentor 200% buff

i own you! i lvled up without raids, powerlvl with iss in swampland and i did 1->85 in 18 hours xd

lvl up btw is way too easy with pa and vp and mentor and all the vp pots that you get from evo. road.

 

meh...i did not have pa till 69 so we are not the same plus i did not have my mentor always on...under these circumstances i guess you are owned!!!!!!!

p.s. 82--->85 solo swamp in 4 hours (god bless the archers!!!!:d)

 

i first created a dagger and took me 3 days playing very casual to go 85 ofc with iss for power lvl at swampland from 77lvl.then i reroll to tank and to catch up my husband who was healer 87 took me 18 hours and 45 minuites non-stop 1-85 with mentors and premium always on at all lvls and power lvl at swampland.then it took 2 days to reach 87 playing afternoons doing double kartias and 4h xp in harnak always keeping vitallity up.if you have to invest some money(not tons of euro) to buy pots and runes you will be 90+ before you even realize... have fun good luck !!

 

yeah i'm 76 now and camping raids with a group. i unfortunately do not have an iss to powerlevel me :d anyway, i'm enjoying my stay so much right now! never had such a smooth l2 experience in my life.

 

haahah yes it's true. we wanted to lvl up her tank very fast and we did it non stop and from 77 till 85 we were powerlvling her!

nice nice :d u can lvl up without powerlvl too but it might take a little bit longer
