Problem playing the game

my game wont start not even the launcher starts what to do ? i installed it yesterday

can you please supply more details, are you getting any error? what os are you using? have you made sure that you have added exceptions to your av and firewall? have you checked the parental setting of your av/firewall? have you tried launching from a different browser?

i probably have got similar problem, when i'm pressing play button, game is loading, picture shows on my screen, and nothing more...i checked system for viruses, but there was nothing, and i also cleaned up registry but it didn't help too.

 

again as my previous post, we need more information to try and narrow down where the issue is coming from.

i'm using microsoft windows xp 32 bits (sp3), i am not getting any errors during launching game. i have added exeptions to my firewall and av, i have tried to launch game from other browser too, but still didn't work. all the time, when im launching game only picture shows(frost window too), and game stops responding.
edit: when im trying to launch multiple game window, imgetting error: "impossible to run another copy of the game. the game cannot be launched in several windows without premium account!"

ok and what av and fw are you using? and are you logging into your pa account first before running the second window?

 

ofc, im logging on pa account first im using avast av, and standard windows firewall in system windows xp

edit: nvm, problem solved.
i have downloaded updates for sp3, deleted folder system, from l2 game folder, updated game and it works
