    i will provide you these infos tomorow...right now i am not on my computer neither i can get to it and i am answering from my smartphone.

    it didn't work either...guys i can have the whole client as it should be if i want...the problem is that 4game does not recognise these 2 uax files in voice folder and keeps downloading them all the time...i have uninstalled everything, deleted anything that i was not forced to have on my pc and still the problem persists...is there any other way to force launch the game without the site login?...honestly, the situation pisses me off and i wont give up until a final solution is given.

    did you click on "check with files.cinn" via the program ?

    try to change the folder of the game, move it for example to desktop

    yeah...both done no progress...the program was not able to help me at all

    elesmira can you try running once more this program it is now updated to vs 1.8.0 so maybe it will pick up the issue this time, if not then the technical staff are still looking into the issue so you haven't been forgotten.

    elesmira - i have updated the technical team after you tried the latest check4game file. will update you as soon as i can on anything else.

    @mosko - as already explained, will to help is fine but there are limits and requesting sensitive information from users is a security risk and should only ever be carried out by staff members.

    hello, try radical measures
    in this link you can download the updated file, which is specified as an error when updating
    try to put it into ..\voice\ folder, and then after deleted file files.cinn re-update the client in browser or check4game's utility
    let me know for results please

    edit: apart from that here is what i got from the 2nd file :
    downloading 'voice\systemmsg_eu.uax.zinn' => ok (245 kb/sec)
    md5 check 'voice\systemmsg_eu.uax.zinn' => ok
    distribute to 'voice\systemmsg_eu.uax'.update => ok
    md5 check 'voice\systemmsg_eu.uax.update' => error
    check sum error, 'voice\systemmsg_eu.uax.update


    i think it might be a fault of my windows...i am getting some random errors with other programs too, but they are not so serious. i am using windows xp 32 bit

    any new propositions guys??????.......

    possibly, but i can't change them till next week...i am still waiting for some other possible solutions before moving on to pay for new windows...3rd day today and still zero progress guys.

    hi elesmira,

    you've written you disabled antyvirus / firewall, maybe uninstall them for tests.

    only one files is deleted all time? have you try to dl from other source?

    its better to see it live to find out solution though.

    nope both are getting deleted and redownloaded all the time... i took the files from these sources: 1)normally dowloading them by 4game 2)by the program you provided me 3)the updated file withdkd provided me 4) copies by my cousin's pc where the game plays normally.

    none of these files were recognised by the 4game application and the problem persists...is there any way to force launch the game?

    what about antyvirus/firewall? can you uninstall them , restart game and try again or already tried that?

    can you take a ready client from another source, and to offer an application to check?
    inform our also, is your os original version?

    did that.

    i also did that yesterday but the same stuff...i can't tell for sure if os is original...these windows were installed 4 years ago (i was a young poop then xd) and my father cannot remember if they were original or not.

    it is possible to install something just the original? with pirated versions of problems frequently arise from nowhere and it is difficult to understand what they are.
