I have a problem

    well i'm not sure if i'm writing to the right section but i have great problem i would be glad if it could be solved by any ga/gm.

    i've been on innova server for 3 days now, of course i am a premium account member but i've been disappointed from the very beginning. your system the evolutionary road was just broken when i registered to your server. naturally you did not mention this before i bought the pa. it was ok for me since you said you will repair it on monday. you did not. so i haven't got the rewards for my efforts made on the 4 or 5 characters which i created because i couldn't evolve them over 55+/- since i couldn't retrieve the rewards.

    now you just implemented this sh1tty chain-quest system to supply newcomers but you just didn't do a good job. my problem:

    i'm over the dreamy level restriction of your *.guild coin.* 'chain-quest' so i can't claim my already deserved b-grade items and shots. not by the evo road which i've completed so i deserve those items nor by the new quest system. you can be sure i won't start new account with new pa to level new characters so please do something and give me instructions on how can i get my well deserved items for all 5 of my chars.

    thread moved to appropriate section.

    innova did not implement the new reward system, that was implemented by the game developers - ncsoft korea, we are not the developers we are the hosts of the game for europe.

    the evolutionary road issue was unfortunate but no one can forsee technical issues nor predict how long they will take to fix.

    thank you for the relocation of the thread but this wasn't my main problem.

    agreed! no one can foresee but when you announced just one day before lindvior approach you said we should gather ourselves. come on i could not even prepare to this since i could not level up thanks to the broken reward system.

    i am really disappointed with your whole policy and i just regret that i bought a pa. i requested your help for the money i paid to you and you just informed me about how you are not mistaken about this situation. at least help me or i have to immediately leave your server provider and go back pay for other companies.

    so my problem is:

    i have 53,54,58,59 characters none of them in the level range of the new reward system. (these quests come automatically as you reach the level range.) i can not level them any more since i can not offer the equipment. i need those rewards and i really ask you to help me acquire them somehow if you want to keep customers on your server.

    again, there is nothing we can do about technical issues appearing nor their length of time - with all things involving any technical elements, there is always a risk that something breaks and you have some downtime, it was not done just to tick you off, yes it was unfortunate timing but thats life im afraid.

    there is nothing the forum staff can do with regards to payments. you will need to create a ticket to support and one of the billing team will look into your request.

    finally a reasonable answer. thank you for it. but dude this was a real challenge for you to appropriately answer a question of your customers. i really suggest you to wake up because this way you won't get your place in "life im afraid". and no offense of course.

    both of your posts were answered appropriately, but you didn't mention anything about requesting help about the money you had paid in your first post therefore there was no need at that time to direct you to support, and if you do not wish to offend people then please refrain from making offensive comments, they are not constructive feedback and is considered a rant. we all do out best to assist people as much as possible but when you miss out certain details from what you are trying to obtain/achieve then it is not easy always to give you a good or appropriate solution.
