    here are recipes for r95 items with info about required items to craft, where you can drop recipes and keys. as you can see rec for weapons drop only from raids. or you can get it from quest in parnasus (which is 97 lvl instance... ah the irony...).
    as i see it your best option is to wait people who are 99 lvl and kept their items to unbind them and start selling them.

    good to know thats all written in english. quite good but its a pitty that this doesn't solve the problem.
