New to server, got some questions

heya guys, nice to see all of you around
as i am new to the game and i am still searching whether to play here or on the naia server, i got a question
how is the population on this server compared to the ncsoft servers?

 

my advice is to play here
...but just to be sure, you can also check naia, so you wont say that i would like to trick you

 

i would say this server (i find the population good) of course if you come on during the week at 3am it could be sometimes that not so many around of course since ncwest is free to play too you can check naia out like cherrylipbalm already mentioned.

well i can definitely speak for all community , server has few hundred players population wise and rotten free to play community

 

welp how is that more than naia, when its usually on 3-4 k players?

 

ncsoft has higher population wise but it includes bots.
here they have 500 ~ alive players , but no bots and as i mentioned rotten free to play community

 

++ for comunity, as i am now quoting one of best rottenz who don't play but always comes to cry... and yeah he counted everything and is very vise man to answer smthink about core and naia server...

i would choose core over naia (or any ncwest server) any day of the week since "real" players are here and not thousands of bots and pvp cheaters. population is healthy, anyone who says otherwise is either clueless or just wants to put down innova.

of course you are not going to see hundreds of people running around the world because on ncwest servers 80% of what you see are bots. there are a lot more than 500 players here, more like a few thousand depending on what time of day you are playing. generally the community is helpful but like any mmo you will always have some rude people roaming around.

but the bottom line is that it is totally up to you where you want to play, bot infested naia or enjoyable core. :d

 

the population is enough in both servers. naia seems to have more but almost everyone there has his main and 2-3 boxed toons and there also those who have whole botting parties running 24 hours. i suggest to look first for quality and then quantity.

 

well ''dont ever believe what you see'' which means you might nee on all ncwest srv tons of ppl but the 70% are bots while here you cant find bots and all ppl are real.and since its european timezone its normal that you will find pt in rush hours usually afternoon...on west ppl are botting(dont even say playing as you noticed!) for 7 years now and have +20 weapons so many epic and control the srv economy.if you are a casual players i dont think you will stand there for long...for sure you will not xp cause all spots are taken by bots.before 85 i hardly believe you will do q with all these bots and if you make them it will take long time.personally when i was there i never did quests after 75 cause 1 mob spawned 5 bots went on it!(couldnt lvl sub with this situation!)not to mention harnak...recently ppl complained that they cant find free room cause of bots.here there isnt such problem...you can do your daily find place for xp and also find pt for rb pre 85 cause not only too many new players lvl up but also many older lvl up their subs.the hard part might be 85-90 in kartia group cause not so many healers but still you can find lvl up is so easy especially if you have premium account.(i believe 9 euro/month is almost nothing)and if you care so much you can dualbox with premium but i dont care bout that much...ppl in this srv are friendly and prices are according to farming.on west for example prices are way too high cause there are botters so they dont care and us a result prices are almost same as with some old private where you could see armors for 8-9kkk...i mean ffs its official x1...personally i would propose you to start here and not cause i play here!i started here almost 1 month ago and little more leaving my 95 lvl toon on magmeld...can you imagine that?i couldnt stand bots in magmeld who is supposed to be from the newest srvrs so how you will be able to fight botters on naia?and ofc dont forget the scripts!noone play pvp on west without bot scripts!i was playing for 6 months and i made my healer 95 and my first sub 67.here i play almost 2 months and my tank is 91 my dual 87 and second sub 76.you can make the comparisons by yourself...lvl up is easier here...and for equip its logic that you need to farm as everyone.so i think its a little balance here.plus i dont think anyone here have +20 weapon while so many on west have !

 

what do you expect them to tell you? if you ask no ncwest forums they will tell you to play there, if you ask here they will tell you to play here. it is your choice, trial and error. ncwest is full of bots, overblown prices, +20 weapons and even the "legit" people use scripts there etc. on the other hand innova has a very very small population and everybody is expected to have a premium account.

 

@a1s2d3 - you are not the voice of the entire community and please refrain form confusing new players with false propaganda - core has alot more then a few hundred players lol - take your trolling somewhere else.

@nyweris - please take your personal issues with other users to private messages and not trash threads with such comments.

@geo96 - another person with false propaganda - no one is expected to have a premium account.

@noxous - my advice would be to read other threads in this section with answers from the real community - especially comments from people who have come from ncwest to here as then you will get a better actual idea of the server differences - people like piotress, darma, ginaki7, elesmira and others will give you a good idea of that.

 

i came from naia 3 months ago. i was playing there 7 years.( ncwest i mean not only naia ). it was hard to leave my legit billions and my legit 98 lvl char. i needed 7 years to make all these or you need to have bots. xxxxxx + 1000+ euro to be strong. here the server rocks. sometimes ppl are ******s but its ok cause the server + gms are pro. just try here in this server. or go try naia. play 1-2 months. then qq about bots, xxxxxx and billions of billions with euro from farmers and then come here again ( with a late 2 months) p core> ncwest for sure. ty an ex ncwest for 7 years.

 

well first of all...here is the real lineage2 gameplay..u wont see any bots.
about the population...i can tell u from my own experience that 50% of my clan members had on ncwest(magmeld) a bot train so u cant compare this server with ncwest. maybe here are not so many players..but at least they all live.
here u wont see +15 r99 weapons double sa and r99 blessed sets +9.

 

to all newcomers, let me tell you this: quantity does not equal quality pvp wise. back on magmeld (which is the closest in terms of gear to core, since it started from scratch with god update) the pvp was really, really bad throughout the entire god phase, and the pvp only picked up in quality after the people that started playing casually left or fell behind. once a few strong clans managed to hit 99, and glory days kicked in, the real pvp started, and im talking about 1300 players where over 50% were bots. there was a clan that had an advantage cause they moved from chronos i think, which was genocide, they came with several levels of difference and dominated for a while.

innova does have a relatively "small" playerbase, but from what i've seen so far, they are active and consistent. there are raiding parties all day, and finding groups for basically anything is extremely easy. i don't see how even solo players could have a hard time doing end-game stuff with so many parties going on.

my only regret is not joining innova from the moment it opened.
