    still looking for fix or anyone's solution on :
    you can enter ingame without any problem but you get disconnected ( you have been disconnected from the server) after ~2min

    you can atleast go in. get dc every time trying to connect to server. same in beta, same in live ;/ ncwest - no problems ;/

    all those helps didn't help yet :
    changing hosts
    deleting frost / repair
    uninstalling nc west
    internet explorer lan / offline work settings

    guys, we have information that resolutions with x = 1366 may not work properly. if you have a critical error or problems with graphics using this resolution, you may try to solve it by changing resolution from x = 1366 to x = 1360 in the file lineage 2/system/option.ini and trying to launch the game. it should look like this:

    [...]
    [video]
    gameplayviewportx=1366 - may cause an error
    gameplayviewporty=768
    [...]

    ...and just correct it to...

    [...]
    [video]
    gameplayviewportx=1360
    gameplayviewporty=768
    [...]

    ...and it should work!

    in the labyrinth of belist,second chamber,whenever i picked marks of belis they wouldn't appear in my inventory so the device standing in the middle of the room would not let me proceed further.reloging made the marks appear in my inventory.

    i have a problem, when i log in game im in the start window in which you have to write your id and the pasword but i dont see this "window" i cant enter my id or pasword... i can write but i dont see what im writing... i can only push enter 2 times and i go to the character choose the game tell me to do a character i click in a non existing window to create it and i go to the character creation but i only see the character..any space to write the name nor to choose the race only the character... an elf.... xd ... you can tell which is my problem pls???



    when i push ctrl+esc to go to another window i have a critical error :

    this is the character slection window in which you can "create" a new char... but... as you can see the is no create button... why i cant see it?

    okay.. i was always connecting with facebook, but now when i press connect, nothing happens.. maybe you know what the prob can be..? why i've trusted that ****...

    i have problem, beceause i'm clicking play corectly , then l2 is startig. and when i chose server i click this button, nothing happend . why? anyone know? why the name of serwer are chinese?^^

    pancho, try to repair your game client.
    prefixes #126 and chinese letters can be seen only on pts-version now.

    a friends got the gameguard problem.he run the client but get
    "gameguard file is damage, please reinstall gameguard . error 153"
    he try everythin, cancell gameguard, repair client, reinstall it, make exception on firewall and so on... what he can do ?

    ps : he has windowx xp sp 2 ...

    yesterday i close the lineage 2 and 1 hour later i try to start it again and every time of i try to connect the lieange 2 start y choose my player and the enter and disconnect me form the server, from this moment i can connected again.

    i have same problem. few hours earlier it was working, now everytime i login after few seconds i get dc

    i tried installing 4 times already and it's always the same.
    it stops at 99.90% and asks for update.
    i click update, checks 100%, stays like that for about 20 minutes, then asks for update again! again and again and again!

    any advice ?

    i have some problems with lag ... when i log in i get instantly disconnect.. it wasn`t like this at the beggining..
    i went to speedtest.net and here are the results.

    what can couse so big difference ???

    dear players,if you get disconect please make a packet loss test on this ip: 109.105.156.11 (this is the gamesever, wich you assume you lose connection)

    how to make the test :
    1. windows key + r
    2. type "cmd" without quotes
    3. in cmd type "ping -t 109.105.156.11" without quotes , leave it like that for 5-10 minutes.
    4. press "ctrl+c" to stop the test and post the result here.

    hello lymax~, yes, it can be reduced, try to use http://battleping.com/ .

    and packets: sent = 686, received = 680, lost = 6 , you lost 6 packets, that 6 packets could make your client to disconect.

    actually i tied to use battleping. but when i use it i cant log in. i get disconnect when the game launch.
    is there any other way ?
    also i use mozilla firefox for browser. as i know google chrome is faster. if i use google chrome can that improve my connection, becouse the game is launching from website ?

    no, your browser and any other type of client launching can't improve your in-game connection.
