what can they do really? the spammers can do as many accounts as they want. if you remember it's free to make an account. they only solution would be limiting the chat for characters below level 75 .

 

this didn't really helped on ncwest, most was like a punishment for the legit players. since this looks like someone is making new accounts just to annoy us :d an ip ban looks as a solution, except if it is not net cafe may be :d

 

either ip ban or perma chat ban for the game account (if that's possible).

 

the problem with ip banning is that it is pretty simple to get around if you know how to reset your modem/router. since you can make accounts for free banning is just a temporary solution to an aggravating problem.

at least innova eu is trying their best.

 

not ip ban. pc (hardware) ban. because everyone can change their ip and login again.
if rmts/bots/scripters are coming here, prepare to see the server dominated, and btw, i'll leave the next day if this happens.
captain, horatio, etc, start banning those players pcs otherwise you will have a serious problem like ncwest.

 

dont care..i m used too...but i would like to see a gm and forum moderator 24/7.

 

that's not even humanly possible. even the staff at innova eu have work hours.

 

ip/computer bans usually don't work in these cases mostly because there isn't only one guy spamming, these guys are a team .
the only people that can do something about this are the players. which is completely ignoring these sites and respecting innova rules "not buying adena" . think about it, if no one contacts them for 1 week they will just go away.

so stop flaming the gm's, moderators, horatio's relatives for not resolving the spam issues the only solution is the player's attitude.

 

the same goes with drug dealers, there will always be that one person that want's the easy stuff and that fast high, either if you are talking about a state of euphoria or being top on the server.

 

words coming from e-buyer & some other website scammer , ironic

 

meybe something like your acount has to be linked to your phone ( recieve verification code , enter it to register etc .)
make it so 5 or so accounts can be linked to 1 phone number ( or how much u think is enough for real players )

if they cant make a new acount , they cant spam right ? :d

i'm pretty sure you made this post in the wrong thread even for our standards of off-topic, dolan ))

 

guys please stop creating topics to report people on the forum boards, the correct process for reporting anything like botting/rmt spammers etc is to create a ticket to support and it can then be picked up by the staff members who actually deal with the ingame issues and are not likely to be on the forums at all hours reading your posts as they are busy dealing with other tickets etc.
