is it normal to not be able to trade armor/weapon after using the blessed appearance stones from l2store, while being able to trade them using the normal appearance stones

no info regarding this, cuz as i said the permanent changed items are tradeable, the temporary ones aint and it is no where stated why they aint.
allso, not evertything works the same for core as for ncw or indonesia server /e if i want to try help you i can only add this, items that you buy from l2 store and have limited usage like for example coctails 1 hour can not fade off cause it may create that product you bought just got lost that could create a rage i think there is the same with limited time stones, you can not trade item when they are in use
