i'm having problems with the play button, it is not appearing on my screen. i've tried downloading the cleaner the admins told us but no way. i also try it on chrome and mozzilla, deleting cookies and so on, but anything... any other solution??

some ppl have cleared cache as solution, some have updated their java as solution and some have checked their pop up options to allow pop ups for the webpage...try some of these options to see if any work for you if not come back and let us know.

 

vc++ issue still exist? or it has some autofix ?
make that 4game installer to check if vc++ is already installed and to pass on at the next step.

 

i'm still getting those problem with no dialogs/buttons/windows in game. can anybody tell me what i should do or is there any fix on the way?

 

install the newest web browser, java and adobe flash player (all the newest). then go to website https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/

i downloaded l2 and etc, push play and i got error, frost security, game loading problem.. itried restarts but it didn't help..

 

hi guys, i have a problem is this:
when i launch lineage 2 i should see the start screen: "select server". i do not see this screen. at the character selection screen do not see the start, creation button .... and when i start the game i do not see the button alt-x.
anyone have solution for this?

i had a problem with logging in once, i don't know if restarting client helped or going to command line and typing ipconfig /flushdns

 

when i want to sign in on eu.4game.com it writtes me i have bad psw or email... yday it worked.. does someone else have the same problem due to preparing of the new live server ?

 

yes other also have problems so we must wait abaut repair

 

i think is problem with innova side it happens to me too probably their updating something in user cp or stuff like that

same happens to me. image just disappears and nothing happens. any solution?

 

ctrl+shift+esc - check if you don't have any processes from l2/frost that actually didn't killed them selves when they should, try to restart your pc and then try again, if you have router with firewall or port forwarding, check if its not blocking applications, same with windows firewall. i don't know how client act when server is down, i don't know.

i had the same problem, i have fresh windows xp updated to sp3, on second pc i can log to game etc (win 7) but on one pc my bro cant log into game, when game run on rules screen in game i have "u are currently logging in" nad behind i have error game guard 610 or sometimes 153 . i copy system and frost folder from work machine to this not working machine, and errors disapeared but still i have info "u are currently logging in". i see that when i run game (on xp) i have launcher from frost who looking new updates, next l2 window and thats all where on win7 i have frostsecurity window and he go to 100% and next game launch. seems that problems on xp are with frost. i tried all the advice what i found on this forum (no antivir/firewall/localhost /delete folders/replace folders/repair instalation/install new c++ librares/reinstall game) but nothing works... so any sugestions ?:>

 

i dont find clear topic to write there ... for this i will speak here .... i will go to sleep now ok ... i see we will not play tonight but , tomorow if i get later and the server is started i lose .... its not good when we dont have a time date hour .... for the real start ...

 

i do all fixes of critical errors etc and made character i log and since 2 days i get dc 1 min after i log in :/:/:/:/ any one know whta i should do ???
