Why buy premium and get laggs-d/c ?

i spend money on premium acc hopping to be able to play with benefits its offering, but i didn't know thet i will get in same package regular evening/weakend laggs and regulad d/c and waiting loooong time to recconect back... so all i get is 2x exp, rest ir miths ( best 1 is able to conect to overcrouded server withot queue :d ,there is only 1 server and yes all see thet its overcrouded or server is not fir to have so meny people... ) wud be nice to pay only for things you get, like ~2eu per months for 2x exp, becose rest is bullshet

your internet is broken :/ change isp

 

there is something wrong at your side. may be share your problem/pc configuration/isp etc. @ technical issues part of the forum and they will be able to assist you and find out what the problem is.

 

the problem is no doubt on your side as i play from the east coast of the united states and i seldom ever lag or get disconnected. either you have a bad isp, weak wireless connection or a bad connection someplace.

no offensive, but guys, before then u know about something how work networks, peering, etc... maybe u need learn something.then spam like always u got bad isp, thats your problem, your fault... its annoying really.

not necessarilly can be his fault(internet connection), sometimes is problem with routing his trace.some server in the way can be lagged, overloaded.try traceroute(linux), tracert(windows) to server innova, then u can check if some server got higher ping or packet loss.if yes, try contact your isp to change routing to innova servers.almost providers has more routing then one to internet.

 

exactly because of that, we re-directed the guy to the right section, where he will receive help from the right people. since it is not a mass issue, there is something wrong on his side, that is why we ask him to post his issue in technical issues section.

ok, if it wud be problems from my side, then why after i get d/c i run speedtest.net and have normal ping-internet speed ? and when i have enought off lagg killing me i can play normaly other games ? yes here in norway internet is like from cave, just 2mb/s but l2 is not new game demanding super duper internet to play, it shud be ok, i dont have any problems playing eve, wot, aion, gw2, tera, aoc or other game... so i dont thing its my ips problem.

 

try tracert (windows) if some server on the way isnt lagged or u havent packet loss, try check your hw, reinstall game, reinstall system.there are many ways why u have problem.even 2mb could be ok, but some program can make u dc, try disable all, then run game and check it.

sweetnight: u got it wrong, there can be problem with peering(not always) with peering from innova to norway(some server to norway).many ways how u can get dc or lags.
