did you send a screen with your ticket? always got a dc too when i sent it. reason was the screenshot was bmp and simply too big. change it to jpeg. easy. fast. without any probs.
i must say that lately innova team get lazy/slow in banning bots.. i hope that it isnt a new habbit.. regards
