The game is not available in live environment

hello there i have a problem.i tried to logn and when i go to the login page i see this :

then i press update as it shows and i get this :

so i go down at the left of the page under support and press update i do it and i get this page after update having the same problems again :

so any help here?i cant repair client or something else cause i cant see settings when i login cause i see the messages you already saw!(wasnt logged in for obvious reasons not to be seen username and was too lazy to edit.)

 

i refreshed page did so many times update it send me back to the old page again and after 30 min unstucked and i pressed the update on first photo and it was ok it didnt wrote the game not avalaible in live environment.i dont know how it fixed but its the second time it does it.any idea why its doing it or what is it?

 

have you tried deleting cookies?

 

tbh i dont think i have deleted them but still its weird cause its the second time that stucks like this and nothing can repair it...it is fixed for now and i dont know how it got fixed oo

 

maybe if you delete all that twilight photos your computer will work better
just kidding

when that happens try to change the language of the page to any other... and try it with other browsers... chrome never gave me such problems

try to use check4game program. it can check 4game files aswel. also i could try to uninstall 4game app and install it again or test it on another browser.

 

well i am a girl what did you expected to see? razzly the link its in russian.anyway if it does it again i will try uninstal i just wanted to avoided and ask if someone experience the same thik and has something to propose..i will also delete cookies later and load it again.

ps what about the last pic that page had linvior pics ? when it got fixed everything went back to normal with the usual elf on screen.

 

this program checks 4game files aswel and i think update it aswel. afaik this program is in english...
