ok so we suspended the girl with the "photoshopped" picture and asked her to provide us with more information about the logo. she sent us this: so, this seems legit, right? the reason for her photoshopping the photo that she was not allowed to use the photos with the logo outside the contest. i hope this will end all the doubt here concerning the fact of this girl and this logo being legit.
only audio without copyright or lineage 2 soundtrack audio can be used. basically anything you can buy, you can't use
its not so hard ... if u canâ´t use anything with copyright, i think it works in 2 ways, 1, prevend any demmand on innova, and 2, will make all participant show us his creativity gl! edit: oh btw, any soundtrack that u can actually buy or download have his own cophyrights. now, that doesnâ´t mind that, actually innova or his owner will know this. so, i guess that if u are able to use any kind of music of an a local band/bad one/friend of u playing an instrument will be ok
not everything you can download is copyright protected. you can get free to use music as well, even for commercial use (creative common license for commercial use) it's about that innova can use the video for promotion, which they can not do if it contains 3rd party property. this is because innova is a commercial company, so if they want to use copyrighted materials they need to pay a license to the copyright holder. if you read the rules, by submitting a video in the contest the participant gives innova an exclusive license to use the video and the participant confirms that he/she has the necessary authorities to grant the license. this means if you do not own the music or are not legally allowed to use the music ... you can not submit the video for example, if you create a video with music of justin bieber and innova uses this for commercial purpose... the label of justin bieber can sue innova for doing so. this is what innova wants to prevent.

http://imgur.com/btwrnfo nice to see these stats, but "23 trolls didn't take the event seriously"? every male participant had the right to enter the competition as innova did not take their rules and outgoing communication around the competition seriously. you could just changed the rules and say specifically that it's real women only but you didn't even though it was pointed out multiple times. not that i entered the competition but to call other people trolls who didn't take it serious, while it was not their fault, is not professional....
who are you addressing in your post and where does that image come from? i see no link to it in this post before yours. i don't think innova would have included the last section, or called people trolls, or hosted this on imgur. it rather looks like some grumpy player with too much time on his hands needed to vent some anger.
