Cant connect with my brother at the same time

hello, me and my brother decided to start play here, but we cant log-in in the same time. probably its because we have the same ip adress, but both of us have our own computer. can anybody help us how to play together pls if we dont want to pay for it? thank you very much for any advice.

what exactly error you have? because frost does not allow to open more then 2 clients on the same computer (with one pa account).

there should be no problems with 2 different pcs in same network.

can you screenshot the error or write it down here?

i just cant see "play" button

 

well there should be no connection between same network and no play button.

please check solutions here.

if you are logged then your friend cannot log and like wise?

 

yes. we both can play alone, but when my brother was in game and i wanted to log in, i cant see that play button, so i told him to give up and try to play on another server and a few second after he loged-off my "play button" appeared.

 

i log from my pc and laptop without any problem. try first post in link that give you razzly i think will help.

 

just refresh page^^ 90% you need refresh page. or close browser and retry again. good tip also is , if you cant see the play button in google chrome change to mozilla, etc etc.

 

check if 4game-service.exe is running on task manager, otherwise refresh page and let it run.
i am playing from laptop and my wife from her pc on home and we don't have any problems.
