Premium Account not working

i bought pa 2 days ago, and even though it says on the website that i am pa, when i log in the game i don't get the agatheon nor the xp bonus in all my toons in these acc. what is happening? i lost 2 days of pa for nothing, can you guys restart it?

 

yes, i checked. they did not get the agatheon, and it wasn't because the inventory was full.

 

how many free slots did you have in the inventory? you should have ~62 slots of 80 (or 100 if dwarf).

 

and the explanation for not having the double exp? inventory slots? (sarcasm)

 

once you buy it , you have to relog. then you should get all benefits of pa. agathion delivery is suspended unless requirements are met: enough space and/or weight limit.

if the problem still persists please contact support immadetaly here. forum staff cannot deal with it.
