    maybe 5 min is too much, but i think its a good idea, maybe if raised to 10'.

    we wont have any game-side spam filter, since innova can't do that and adding new rules prohibiting such action will cause only in hundreds of tickets which wont solve problem since most players use box accs to setup spam shops.
    i dont see any good solution :c
