Disconnects every other minute

whats up with all this disconnecting every other minute today ?

i am xping and bam disconnect. i log back in and bam 5 mins later disconnect and so forth disconnect disconnect disconnect disconnect .

plz fix

btw my friend also got disconnect at the exact same time as me and hes from west germany while i am from east germany

 

y0 nab^^ its server problem. my mentee alt is getting dc every 1 hour but my main is dc every 3 hours. its lol^^

 

for me its liek 1 dc per hour and sometimes its really irritating @_@ seems smth wrong with server if so many ppl complaing?

 

never happened so far , left my toon afk for about 5 hours and still in game

 

i leave my dwarf for crafting shots logged in aden 24/7 and i ever get disconnected or lag; been logged in since last maintenance.

 

hmm... really ? cant stay logged for 2 hours.

 

i think in the three months i have been disconnected maybe 3 or 4 times at best, generally i never have any problems staying logged in.

i play from the east coast, usa so maybe that makes a difference since it seems to be effecting players from germany more than anything else. if this is the case then it is not innova's fault and the problem lies in whatever hubs are being used from germany to the server; perhaps at certain times they become overloaded and end up bottle necked.

you can try this test to see where the problem lies:

1) click your start button, type cmd in the search box and press enter
2) at the command prompt type tracert geo.l2.eu

it will ping and display the timeout in milliseconds of each hub the connection goes though from your pc to the server. the larger the value the slower the hub is when it passes though it.
