Tournament: AMC season 4

all teams, that got a and d ranks from the previous season may start their participation in new season from non-ranked stage. in this case, the team loses a slot in its rank and attend fights according to tournament bracket along with the other participants.
those who wish to start from first stage should contact mightyb or fars till 10th october.

edit 2: here is some more info about the preparation you should know (so my post would look not so spam :d )
1. after you create your char, write your team name on your title.
2. after you got summoned on a location, write down on chat the class you need.
3. after you got your 4 class, you have to go manually and talk to npc hardin, so you can awaken and learn your skills.
4. after you got summoned back to gm room, check if all your skills are working as intended.
5. while the participation is going on, on the server can log in only the teams, who are at the list for that day. also try to not stay logged on server, if it is not necessary.
6. if your team is not available to prepare at the hour it was planned, you can contact on skype and eventually move your team preparation for other time. (here is a name of a skype, but since it is on russian version, i don't recommend to contact anyone before the news officially appear on english version of the site)
7. if a player from your team is not available to log in at the time, you have to log him/her in.
8. according to the rules of the tournament, on your profile, where is pointed your nickname and your class, there had to be the nickname and class, that you will use on the tournament server. the team in game should be exactly the same as it is on the web. due to the english client of the game does not support cyrillic entry, your nicknames should be written on latin (this is valid mostly for russian players :d ).

 

kinda unfair ru version of site has double the info of en version... there's not even anything about divine protection on en version and it's been 3 days.

 

well mightyb is usually posting things in russian and than immidiately in english. however i suppose they missed the info from today, because there is no english speaking team in the list. but don't worry, usually the important news show up in english really fast after the russian one.

not official info, but i count these:
core teams: redemptation, sixpros&mesok, pvp addicts, allstars, indians, qqc and squam squad.
lilith: justice league (since it was chosen other server and they have poland tag, my guess was they are from lilith)
naia: theshadowbolts and spice (good work, coming for fun, there should be more doing that)

edit: most of you already read that the news about the preparation schedule is up on english version of the site. here are the days and hours core/lilith/naia teams should be on tournament server:

silly question, but is it not in the morning ? :>

all times are like 05:00 and 06:00 while the post time is 21:00 or something like that. i assumed it would be 24h format

 

on web it is written in p.m./ a.m. style, but it is not specified if it is a.m. or p.m. however, this question was asked to ifars last season, so i'm sure it is evening time. i'll try to find link and will edit my post, when i do.

******ed tournament, check-in start at 24 midnight, in the morning all slots taken, are u kidding me? why we bodered to register if not all partys can participate? to stay and camp the timer to check-in and reg? ty vm for nothing.

 

check in depens ofc on your country. for me it was 22:00. if you are not in it's only your problem tbh. :|

 

it was announced from the beginning when the check in starts. it included and a countdown clock. not reading and failed to participate was your own fault.

@alixyz : everything depends of your timezone, here it was 22h00 for me (paris - bruxelles time). and since it was clearly specified first coming get the place my pl spent time spamming it. it's not so hard to dedicate some time for something if you really want it

if u're not able to respond at what i've said or dont have a "smart" answer for it, better dont say anything. first of all the thing wasnt about wait for me, but around 70 teams were left behind, which is ******ed. second of all i dont camp that forum to see what is what, i read that registered time is till 7 this month, this is what we did and that counting clock started after the check-in starded, so wtf was the point since in few hours all slots were taken. enjoy!

 

it has been specified since start that only 128 teams will made it. on the tournament website

and the check in would start the 8th.

the countdown before the check in was there several days before the check in start, i can confirm that

 

laby, they fail... again. no one is surprised. story over.

 

actually we were able to respond you pretty good. if you look here: http://l2.amchampionship.com/cups/csc-season-4/view on general information you'll see the countdown clock going on right now till the tournament start time. before the check in started, the countdown clock (check-in time) there was showing the exact time till it started. since it is said there 128 teams are participating it is normal the further tries to enter to tournament to be stopped, once the 128 teams camped the countdown and managed to check in in time. so again it is not tournament fault, but your party leader, who had to camp and read carefully, if he/she wanted your team to participate.

amc season 4 schedule is up! so prepare your stream page (for those who will watch) and your best fighting skills (for those, who participate) and enjoy the new amc!

total 19 participants received quotas form the previous season. 11 teams will start their fights from a rank, 4 teams from rank d and 4 teams decided to start from the beginning (non-ranked).

other season 4 participants will fight for 44 slots in rank d (out of 48) and 21 slots in rank a (out of 32).

on non-ranked stage only teams with first places in their groups are guaranteed to pass to the next stage. second places will fight in mini-playoff for the remaining 12 slots of rank d.

on rank d stage first places will advance to the next stage and second places will again fight on additional tournament day for 9 remaining slots in rank a. third places and teams that will loose in mini-playoff will advance to rank c.
