go to giran, speak with aden society manager ( npc is on the way to taurin from gatekeeper, right upper corner in central square ) and u can exchange it for western wind chests. from chest u can get some attribute crytals, hair accesory. if u will be lucky u can get some good enchant scrolls or accesory pendants.
