CANT LOG IN. ERROR

i try to log in but game dont start and tell this error:
game loading error.
please, restart your computer.
should the error reoccur after the restart, please contact the technical support.
status: 1073.

i have try to delete frost folder and remake update but nothing..
i have try to restart pc but nothing..

i have pa and i need play q.q
help me!!

 

hello cowboyisgod,

please stop your antivirustool and your firewall and try to start your game again. if it doesn't work pls try to start your game with an other webbrowser.
