[Notification] Hero status issue

dear players,

as some of you may have noticed, after today's maintenance there was an unscheduled olympic period start. this problem appeared due to the time change that happened recently. currently, hero status can be obtained by all players who have earned it in october. you can do it the usual way. hero statuses that were obtained during this weekend's olympiad by mistake were removed.

olympiad tokens for 1st places were withdrawn. please, refrain from spending the tokens until the problem is solved.

right now, we are working on a solution of how to restore all olympiad points earned since the beginning on the month. we will inform you about this later. if you encounter any difficulties, contact our support service .

well for points shouldnt you just have a backup before every maintance? so points should be there.

1st we have no drop from aq - u say its legit, suuuure
2nd yday we got orfen loot rights, dropped it to 10% then server rr, bs got drop
today when many of ba ppl had nice advantage of points on oly after 1st week, u coming to tell me that pts are reseted

mel dont loose your mind, you didnt get looting rights... it was damage based = more dmg = looting rights, you didnt have the loot. and is not the first time that npc server goes down during orfen come on it happened like 4 times already, this time bs did first hit, i dont see anything non legit here.

please,

1st: aq didn't dropped? check your aq chars levels.
2nd: that orfen didn't gave looting rights, but was damage based as patri told u, bs just got looting rights after restart bcs were quickest to give 1st hit... can happen.
3rd: as u could see from oly column even many non ba ppl had nice advantage on their opponents and they lost their points, too... problem is that it's impossible for gms to extrapolate every char's points from a backup, so, probably, instead of rollbacking a whole day or getting down server for long time, they decided for the lesser pain.

this victimism begins to be annoying, you are playing, they are doing their job the best they can.

 

can we stop using the word gm wrongly? a gm has nothing to do with this stuff. this is no private server where the gm is admin-gm-tech support-moderator-king-god...

 

rollback so then kids come crying that they made their +5 wiponz and after rollback they failed them, wheres our muney innova fuu.

about the cloaks.

unfortunately, even if we will give you the cloaks, you won't be able to wear them because the server does not think you are worthy

so, we thought we could сompensate the cloak with some other item.
