Path of Awakening for beginners

dear new members,

because there is many new people joining from other server and many same questions about path of awakening i make this small guide for you.

path of awakening does not exist on our server since last chronicle

instead of it, developers implemented in-game reward for newcomers. you can collect "steel door guild coin" which you can obtain by dailes past level 40 and raidbosses.

in order to choose weapon please use "here, i have some steel door guild coins".

remember: when you buy weapon d-grade (example) it is possible to upgrade it (less coins needed then buying new weapon)

also: "armors and weapons don't give any bonus. you can't enchant them, can't add special ability or attribute yet." (thanks syzgod)

gear can be c grade and above not d grade and the quests (that are providing steel door coins) are starting at level 45 i think.

level 40 @ aligators island. just you don't get information about that when you reach that level.

what dailies and raids gives steel door coins ? cause i know just from ketropoulous letter ?

 

none of them do, only the ketropoulus quest chain.

 

just to add... there is not neccesary to actually spend coins on c grade.

once 2nd class transfer quest is completed, char reciebe 40 items, and automatically a pop up window with the items to exchange comes up.

also, if for some reason u miss-close the window, the same npc who finish the quest have the option on the chat windows to exchange it.

 

if i buy something with steel coin for 60 days ... after update will they be perma ? or still i lose them in 60 days ?

 

you will still loose them if you buy them now. if you buy them after the update, they are permanent.

 

goood, i have 2 chars with 1200 coins on them and 1 with 600, i will be rich !

i tested steel door guild coin on epeisodion.. and i can confirm that items purchased with steel door coins are permanent.. armors don't have set bonuses, but weapons have special abilities.. and all they are permanent.. on epeisodion update! in lindvior update these items have 60 day of usage

 

yes they are permament but untradeable and cannot be sold in store so abandon all hopes for making adena that way.

 

so those armors are still useless... :d

you can see the description of the items on pts and it clearly says that they are untradeable and unable to be sold on shop. i expected this actually. i t would have been a surprice otherwise. koreans can be dump, but not that much.

 

i havent logged on pts yet and i wont, the onlything i care about was if storm screamers get emp echo and my friend checked it for me alrdy
