Botting- NO!!!

if you give them a second chance they will try even often. if you catch them ban for life, no mercy , if a lot a ppl can play leggit they should play aswell. coz if you ban them from the first attempt they will think twice atleast

 

omg every spot is taken by bots, imba and gm cant run over all spot and ban this ****. i rly dont get it why they w8 until raport, and this raport system, 30min cd when at 1 place i see 5 bots. gm +500 to speed run over areas and ban them or you will lose some ppl from here. if we want play with bots we can go to another serwers, wher they are "allowed". start making some acction.

 

i guess you should think in a bigger dimension. what we experience here is no normal botting for faster lvling or making money. this is real-money-trading at its finest. when you wait a any gatekeeper, you can see at least 10 bots getting buffs and porting back to the hunting ground. and thats only these 10, that have been killed. you can only imagine how many are still out there in places where no normal player would go. cant be from a player, too professional in my opinion.
thats why they dont mind losing 1 or 10 or 20 charcs/accounts. search on youtube for a view behind the scenes. these people have full rooms with pcs botting over and over.

but still. every reported char, every banned account counts.

we're now working on a new algorithm to exterminate the bots that have been around lately. as it is almost impossible to ban them manually quickly enough. hopes are it will be ready by the end of the year. they are a real pain you-know-where! and i definitely get that you hate them (we do too!). please be patient, this is going to be over really soon =)

those bots look all the same, i guess u dont even have to check if it is a real player, just insta ban it or pm it and if you dont get answer in 5s, then instaban it, chance u ban innocent player is 0.1% and i would call it collateral dmg :d

still, if you want a quick ban and save server economy and stop pissing all the legit players before they leave for good just focking log ingame and ban the bots!
you can see the bots from a mile away.

...don't tell me after almost a decade that l2 exist somebody has still the hope to eradicate bots just by banning them randomly here and there.
how silly some people is willing to be for believe in frost legends and l2 without bots...

 

people come here because server is not dominated by bots, like ncwest ... most of them (unlike you obviously) would like it to stay that way...

 

yes zairakh, imagine there are still ppl who believe we can play l2, not some rts about management of bot trains and improving scripts on pvp. this is how ncsh1t looks for long tiem already and we dont have this **** here.

 

ok,but c'mon alarion,we're both adult people and know how things works.
can't deny this game always had the habit to turn into bot spree's and black market business since i can remember of.
i can remember dozens of priv servers fanboys talking 'bout how clean and bot-free their game was and lately it came out they were just blind and couldn't recognize a bot or an rmt'er simply 'cause they did not knew the game mechanics.
as you said,it happened in every ncsoft server,and you know why? is the normal cycle of things,people buying or selling chars,adenas,gears,epics and using bots to automate a larger income to make business with.
is normal and for sure isn't anything new or anything that can be stopped just by wishing it in front of a lake after throwing 10 cents.

anyway,about core being clean you're lying to yourself again,people used and (i guess) is still using every kind of program even on core,always been and always will be like this when it comes to business you should think about the "risk vs reward" point,banning a botter in a f2p game doesn't harm them in any way,the only difference with nc servers is the time it took to core to develop at an higher level and become "business worthy".

 

yes i am aware some ppl manage to break security and ppl like martel and his friends gonna do same here. however u cant compare our server situation to their, where on ncsh1t server bots are like 60-70% online and rest of them mostly using at least some programs fro pvp etc. it is fun to play? i dont think so. thats why so many ppl move here and even u said this server gonna die like 100 x already it is even in better condition it was when u were keep playing.

just look on numbers on sieges / dragons / mass pvp on naia / chronos and compare them to core. u will see huge difference.

 

bots or smart macro players will always exist, as long as they don't dominate server or whole farm spots ... i'm fine with it but right now bots are taking over whole areas which is bad, first mass dwarfs ... now mass wynn summoners

 

full bot party 95+ in guillotine fortress at first tunel left side from npc for daily - group names:

all are in a clan called : metal

3)bialupu - iss enchanter
4)yubi2 - healer
5)trixir - spoiler
6)fendis - wyn summoner
7)zvrhlick - wyn summoner

that's just on the lower spot , if u go up the ramp on the left side u can find up on the bears 2-3 more groups .

summary : one of this group farm with drop rune arround 500-600 r gems a day - with the server economy that's arround 600m adena + 200m more adena per piece just from junk drops + regular drop of adena ~ 800m a day from this party .

not the mention the orbis bots in the deep zones and hellfire bots that farm 1b+ a day .

gm's are "inventing a way to stop them" . ncsoft said that 7 years ago , and go log in there server now to see what is the result of this great finding hahaha .
