Disconnection! What to do?

    hi!
    i have read all forums, but didnt find answer... i have problem, and there was discussions about it...
    after several time in game i have disconnect. i just buy new pc, buy pa in game, have good internet. maybe problem was in router, but no, i reset it, firmware is latest allready . i tryed everything to fix it, but nothing helped me..
    its start somewhere in beggining of summer, but then i thougt that it was pc problem, now i buy new and problem is same!
    help me guys!:(

    they will probably need your pc's configuration, so leave it in your 1st message. if your don't know where to get this information, use dxdiag.exe to create a report, and attach it to the ticket.

    i used to get this and after updating video drivers to latest version problem was fixed.

    video card have allready latest drivers...:( so problem is not in video card....

    hmmm... not that i thought... and btw, maybe you get some message popping out in taskbar about frost? it can be seen only in windowed mode

    just a thought: he said he has been having this issue since summer and it is the same on his previous pc and the pc he recently bought, while having no other problems with his internet connection. honestly, this sounds to me like the "issue" are just random disconnects that pretty much everyone (including myself) has from time to time.

    may i ask the original poster how frequently those disconnects happen at all? maybe the perceived issue is being regarded as normal by others. i'll go ahead and say that one unexplainable disconnect per day or every other day seems to be a pretty realistic thing to expect from my experience.

    disconnect have different period! sometimes i can play 30 min til dc, sometimes 1h, so they are often!

    please tell me what kind of antyvirus/firewall you have and when the disconnection appears (right after the logging in or randomly during gameplay)

    i have windows 8 on my pc, and antivirus - windows security essentials, windows firewall....

    still no information when you get disconnection.

    here are possible solutions:

    - your protection software blocks frost - this happens when you get disconnect right after loggin in, during server selection or 1-5 minutes after logging in. in order to find out if this is it, you have to remove it from the windows (yes, remove not switch off, because antyviruses usually works even if switched off - same as firewalls).

    uninstall your software (antyvirus/firewall) , restart pc and try to log in.

    - randomly during game play - it might be because of your internet provider or your router or wireless connection.
    in order to check if its wireless connection please connect your pc with cable and see results.
    if its your internet provider we cannot help you much.

    but i had already such issue (clan member had irish internet disconnects every ~30-45min) i used http://www.leatrix.com/ and advanced system care (i think in free version you can set your internet setting via this program) and he's internet worked perfect.

    please try these and apply properly to your issue.

    ps: i hope you didnt update your windows 8 to windows 8.1. if those solutions won't help it might be windows 8 problem aswel but first check it.
