WOW, Lineage 2 soo good after lindvior

i aggre with what you stated zeb...
but we all know that most of these problems are coming from korea not innova itself (i am not putting innova out of this, talismans were a terrible move and if anyone denies this he is an idiot), simply because koreans are not like the rest of the world. they live to play!!! and they have much more time to spend on it than the average player elsewhere. this game is basicaly designed for them. now, this makes it completely unacceptable and stupid to release exactly the same version of the game to the rest of the world. if they were clever enough they could have direct contact with the rest of the people in order to know what there the players want. but no...let's send them the same stuff, who cares....
i would be ok with lindvior only if they brought the old crafting system back, but currently the situation is totally worthing of grief and nothing more.
innova now directly speaking to you, make your community happy in order to make money. following ncwest's steps will lead you to death. i beg you consider this.

i found here bot senus "playing" on macro, with buffalo buffs. killed it once cuz of auto mark of void on target + pet attack :d

past 20 mins i saw macro player back on his spot... but this time he force reloged to an archer :d all i saw was 1 hit from bot defender gg server :d gg ba bot owners.

the game is running for 10 years , no lifers will have top items and other less, all is about time how much you spent

correct. what you said is unrelated to the topic and you don't seem to understand what this thread is about. hint: core has not been running for 10 years, and the thread is about drastic and significant game changes for the worse.

 

rmt market is smaller here so as the botting while korea, west is infested with them.
results?
no materials on the market, less money is floating arround. less zaken farmers, less emerald scripted partys, etc. there octa istina, tauti goes to 1 player, here it goes to what? 1 - 3 partys or even a clan. also you cant compare the prefarmed epic jewels that are on those servers that are here.

also qq about adena and drops? move your *** out of towns and instances, r99 drops in soh, only problem is everyone has gone so carebear for instances that you cant run a normal 4 hours exp party... again look for the problem in community not in the game developers

on other servers, even on ruoff people understand that time=money, a normal clan raid force everyone is wynns+yuls and some key classes for the debuffs and raid gets smacked to the ground this is how its done
here on core carebears take random feuhs,tyrrs and goes for a nice 2 hour raid farm. again this shows how delayed is core development and how competitive is community on a global scale: one and a half clan.. so what red weapons you are talking?

on ruoff they opened kain year ago, they are with red weapons, pvp stones, and now their also top clan party won amc this year. they have developed far more than core with less time.

 

what is the point of instances on lindvior? no drop, no adena, no exp (except kartia maybe) - waste of time. actually, i got better drop and exp while grinding

 

robby, you realize this tauti video is really old, right? the summoner has 4 pets... i doubt they can do that now.
edit: also you can't compare kain with core. they have bigger population, working bots, rmt market (which is a minus for them if you ask me, but eh, well, they really won amc even if the kain team continue to the finals, due to disqualification of aow. still better than cadmus ego teams).

 

4 pets and? how does that change that they organise themselves? i can link you more where it will be shown and its fresher. the fact is they all have either dual or box char just for raid. they also were the only ones on god realease to kill anthy, summoner army ftw. i know what im talkin, i have drove couple of cp member chars in that clan for some of the events.


bigger population? current online as im writing this right now on kain 1617 online. the same bots that work on core works on ruoff(including kain), cuz the same russian developers are selling it here now also. rmt market also exists dozen of adena,item traders, so your arguments are invalid

pay to win talismans make me think of reinstalling guild wars 2..
its not so good game but its not pay to win.
i dont care how difficult is it to get items but being able to pay and have in game advantage is going too far.

 

problem with talismans is how they put limited-time, this is a greedy scheme, a very very greedy scheme from innova, which was normal practise on ncwest. essentially they force you to buy a bunch of random chance boxes for some op talismans, make them tradable ingame for less qq about it, but they force the non-cash shop players to put their adena on it emptying their pockets to 0, only to stay in same ground of fairness with old players who had the most carebear of chronicles with dozeons of item supply from instances or credit card kids and this **** only widens the gap, because all that money saved to get end gear/boss jewels w/e, now has to be wasted on this **** talisman and need to wait more time to farm adena again. this was a very "genius" oportunity now that people are poorer and that newcomers cant afford it.

but dont worry cause they probably will put the godamn brooch system (talisman version2 on store) for more p2w and to steal the adena in exchange for more money for them.


lindvior is but a trap for money, "l2 back to it's roots" was the propaganda for this chronicle which did not turn out as it should, it's only a money sink for deluded kids who have nothing else to do. i would never suggest lineage 2 to any friend.

the few ones who claim to make chunks of big adena, congratz, while 1 player makes adena, 50 others get poor since adena isn't infinite, geniuses.

 

pretty much this the fairytales of bot-free and accessory l2store is far behind... by the way whats up with no mobs/nps lately ? to hard to handle ?

 

first of all... super crystals are not 100% from 150 -> 300. i failed it.

secondly; many "old" players seems to be angry cause new players can have a head start and reach "old" players fast. why does that make you so pissed off? is it because the new players beat you in pvp, when you have equal gear / lvls ect. ?

there will be more high lvls faster and they will have "equal" items which makes the pvp equal and more fun.

i bet some ppl just want crazy stuff, so you can 1-hit everyone and you call that pvp and bragg about you're soo good and stuff? - good at what? farming for several years? well you just have the time to farm, but it seems you don't have the skills to pvp.

i do agree with many points of the thread-starter though. but all those complaints about l2 store, drops and so on. when some ppl lose their money other ppl earn money. that depends on both luck and skills, mostly skills tho.

you get a proper cp (game is cp or at least clan based, not solo), do instances and get your stuff done rather fast.
difference between a blessed set and normal set ? none. one you can pvp and other you have only a chance to succeed. you want pvp armor? so go farm a lot. if bots can farm, you can farm too cuz all bots are is automated gameplay, they dont hack this adena. is it hard? yes, l2 always been considered hardcore grind game.

the only mistake the developers did was making gear available so easy after god start. they fixed it with tauti partly and now with lindvior nearly completely.

the crafting system is a bit screwed up here cuz some materials are really hard to get, but yeah.
rest gear can be farmed with istina/octavis (both can be done with 1 cp solo pretty fast) and epic istina/epic octavis/tauti/crossroads/soh for r99 gear.

i dont see much reason to cry too much atm.
the only reason ppl say that "blabla this guy has blessed equipment and i have only normal and thats why he kills me" is cuz they cant accept their own mistakes in gameplay.
infact there is nearly no difference in damage between a normal/bound and a blessed set.

 

when ertheia goes live, make a new fresh server, without talismans on store and without op items like ncwest, make a new antibot program and if anyone tries to login with bot, his/her pc hardware gets instantly locked.

if your company seems to be desparate for money like ncwest, you will lose many players and your server will be destroyed from bots, automatic gameplay etc, only bots will play there and no new players will come.
if you are not like ncwest, hire 2-3 active ppl to instant ban bots and not unban them if players payed many euros.

captainmoebius, deepblue, horatio left innova already and it seems pazak can't handle all of those requests etc (i am not "attacking" you, i don't have anything against you )

 

can aggree and can not. everything you say is true, but lineage 2 got messed up before lindvior.

i played l2 since beta. bots have always been an issue. when the new servers came (teon and franz in europe) there were more bots than actual players. the had an event offering 1 week trial accounts. i remember hundreds!!! of bots all walking the same path to the same guard to get killed to delevel. you were hardly able to do your class change quests cause the swamplands were full of hundreds of bots. that fact made me (and i suppose thousands and thousands of other players) leave the game. the koreans reacted. but no...they didnt do something against bots......they made the game more casual (at least till lvl 85) and released the worst pacth ever imho (god).

with god and the new servers i restarted playing l2 (yes i know i should have done some reading before playing).

all starting areas but ti were "killed". ti has been pimped up to attract new players. the extreme grinder lineage 2 is had been disguised as a quest based game. that worked till level 85. then people began to realize this game is a grinder to an extreme they never experienced before. hordes of players left the game after they played to lvl 85 or 86. necros and catas were closed.
the free weapon system and the fact all low level items and shot recipes could be bought in shops destroyed the whole low level game. spoilers (my favorite class) suddenly were the most useless class in game.
the warcryer i started (because of his new won imba caster abilities) became a melee bladedancer-buffer-something after awakening and lost all his wc skills.

so i can agree...yes lindvior made the game worse, but to me its been a disaster before.

i dont understand all this forum stuff. its not like innova is head of lineage 2 creation team. its not like they get to decide what patch to go next. its all in the koreans hand. but anyway in the end nobody forces us to play. i simply left ncwest cuz the situation got out of hand, no drama no nothing. if the same thing happens here (p2w stuff) i will leave it again, no drama no nothing. probably find another mmorpg (yes theres a ton). as for the lindvior changes i agree, they made the game a lot worse, but anyway i still like lineage and as i said, nobody forcing us to play.

 

if you want free to play game where pay to win doesnt exist, then go play league of legends i say. server machine, license, staff etc. isnt free, they must get some income from the players, and puting visual upgrades only into l2store wont cover its expenses at all. u can do fine with paying for premium acc only, but u won't win
