Valiance update for NCwest announced for 11 of December!!!

i dont think the update in the hollydays

 

first we still need the pts, then we get the update.
so you can calculate probably 1 month. my guess is mid january, if they actually do make a pts.

 

nah not pts. wtf, just release in 2 weeks and done.....

 

there has always been a pts and it has always proven at least useful in fixing some bugs, which ncwest had with their direct release.
so i see no reason why we shouldn't have a pts

 

i don't remember a pts when tauti update was released. so far while i m playing i saw only lindvior pts (note: i m playing since september 2012 on core).

 

we had god pts. we didnt have harmony pts but it was small patch anyways
we had tauti pts
we had glory days pts
we had lindvior pts

infact ru community didnt have either tauti or glory days, one of em.

 

hmm yeah looks like i forgot that period when newbies convinced me to go back to naia for 1 month... and i missed the pts... thx and sry if i mislead someone...

 

dont u think that couse for example taiwan got the update already, we shouldnt get an update flooded with bugs?
i read we will get an updated version anyway so we should be fine.
also imo if there are still bugs it can just be fixed in the next maintanence + many ppl will have some days off around christmas and can enjoy the update fully for some days.

just my opinion. i dont need a crappy pts which will delay the release again.

 

we dont get the same version as taiwan, neither the same version as japan nor the same version as korea.
ofc the game and mechanics itself are totally the same, but the translation progress and fixes for the different versions are given out individually.
example one: trasken npc has been re-located just for the innova client. it is at a different position for ncwest servers. also its mechanism was different from theirs. (i think it was fixed some maintainances ago though)

i think i even re-call hearing that we get most translations regarding the english version of innova (eu one) from ncwest and not korea, but i might be wrong on this one.

just because korea didn't have a bug, doesn't mean we won't have one either. don't ask me how and why but it is like it is.
you think that ncwest gets an "updated" version? after every update either oly dies, or last time in tauti or glory days even auction house died and god knows what will die next.

therefore better pts and fix the major bugs than a direct release after which everyone will go on forums and be like "inuva failz, why so bug, much fail, wow"

personally i would prefer innova waits a few week after ncwest and have a pts to make certain things go as planned. anybody who knows ncwest knows every time they perform a huge update (or even small ones) such as this it turns out to be a massive failure; this is due to little internal testing since they no longer have pts.

innova eu updates generally go smoothly with little to no problems due to proper testing and dedication from the team. ncwest is so bad they even have to have the name of the chronicle changed because they do not like the name. lol

ps: i've known the patch notes for a while now, read them directly from the original korean site back when it went live on there.

the exact date of this update is yet unknown. there will be proper announcement before this update will come live. of course get ready for pts first as usual.
