i didn't know that being a moderator meant to be a encyclopedia. i posted outdated info and when u told me i posted the right ones from korean site.
remember that we are players ourselves.

the fact that another moderator is female or not doesn't bother me in the slightest. you broke the forums rules by discussing an infraction that was given to another player (or yourself if this a 2nd account). therefore you yourself got an infraction.

kesherk to this and all your double accounts, yes this is a topic where players can complain about moderators.
but i think you might got confused.
providing a screenshot of your infraction doesn't prove any violation. it is something all mods - admins can see even if you don't give them ss and let me remind you that all our actions are monitored. so bare in mind that for all the actions we take admin is aware.
btw they don't abuse anything by giving you infraction, you deserve that since forum rule is: discussing bans, suspensions, and infractions

when: content related to disciplinary actions is considered private information between innova and the affected party. this includes, but is not limited to infractions, forum suspensions or bans, in-game suspensions or bans, appeals.
what: temporary or permanent ban, depending on severity and previous offenses.

trying to accuse kurai for breaking rules by banning you, you broke rules yourself. nice call..

by posting ss as the above u don't prove any violation, only thing u prove is that you didn't understand how a complain should be made.

let me help you clarify it:
- you are supposed to make complains about someone you found violating the moderator's rules or forum rules. please provide screen shots,etc. so we can see the violation.
so you need to post which rule was violated and your proof with a screenshot.

and i think mods should be forbidden to post here. ppl post a problem-head mod takes care of the case. all i see is sm1 post-few mods jump on his head defenidng each other and the guy must be happy if he exit from here without a bunch of infractions wtf...

 

ban on splicho and after that ban on me was clearly abusing rules, to point that we had to provide screen shots for which we got banned (was the only way to point into moderators mistake), also accusing us of being 1 person with 3 accounts (kesh, splicho and me), there is plenty of people who disagree with what you do but they don't want to bother with forum warriors.
worst of all is that this what is being done towards community players by also another player in role of moderator is indeed hilarious, just cose you use "dear, kid regards, etc..." doesn't make you polite, as matter of fact so many topic were locked by deepblue that were not suppose to be locked.
you should learn your moderator friends to start respecting other people and understand difference between moderator and police, lets see will you find something on "rules" list to ban me again?
worst of all is that deepblue is originally from england and still twists the rules even tho should understand it prefect since english is her native language.

thank you for the post restriction ban altho i really dont think it was a right thing to do. i tell you why you either agree or disagree honestly i could care less(innova staff mentality ftw).

now the thing is that yes my comments were a bit out of line i give you that, but on the other side of things it was because of your behaviour as a staff or team or whatever you call yourself.

what i think about the staff as a customer of yours(well i would have payed for a pa and some other staff but the way you work made me spend my money on anything else) is this:
- your communication is really bad, the announcements are mostly too late or lack of information such as a maintance log which i think all of us would really like to see. you constantly ignore your community recent example the christmas event which you forgot to make and also forgot to tell your users that you are not going to make any, or the fact that your cm doesnt answer questions even ingame, you stand next to him/her and he doesnt answer any question except the ones that were like "you look good in this armor"...well ok he/she answered a question but the answer was the biggest disappointment so far, its good to know that gms are only for spawning mobs nothing else.

- your support outgame/ingame is really bad. i know i know you have a support site but lets face it, that support site is slow to get an answer for any question. your gm team is under utilized they do nothing more than spawning mobs meaning your support doesnt exist. we have no support on the forum at all(after 3days of raging you tell us we should have patiance and you work on it) or ingame since theres never an online gm and the petition system is useless because of that.

- your bug fixing policy is a mess as far as we seen it. we have no update on any bug/issue we have and even if we do have an update on it we need to rage for it for days just to be ignored(best example is dual swords or cruma). it would be a much better way to solve an issue like that to give actual information about the way its working and we can work with solving the most part of the issue(we still dont know how to get a dual stamp before january 8 hello)

- your website well...you should delete the whole thing and make a new one...hell if you dont have time to write the content like it is on lineage2.com we can make write that for you you just need to ask.

now this is just a part of the issues but i stop at this point since i need to see its useless to say anything just to shout it to nothingness.

i'd like to ask the one who gave me the post restriction ban...so kurai what was the exact reason you gave me that ban without even a warning and with yet again ignoring me as a customer while the reasons i posted above are facts that almost every single player here knows.

 

interpid they are giving infraction like a candy, worst part of all is that few of those moderators are not even above 70 lvl in game cose they spend half of time giving random infraction for all kind of stuff.
worst of is that fahrenheit said they did made mistake and even after that what info i had was "i will speak with he/she about it" and the same banns occur right after that, what i see is to much ****ing up from current moderators towards fahrenheit specially.
from current moderators is only 3 of them who are decent of that position, those who don't belong there are deepblue and kurai for sure.

i'm here since near 3 weeks as moderator, i have never put a infraction, juste moderate language, close 2 posts, editing bad words and i don't think a lot of people complain about me. so please parker, don't put all moderator on the same case of "bad people". thanks ^^

 

and theres no problem with that this is a topic for complaints about moderators in general so until you dont see your name you should skip what we discuss here since you do your work just fine

ahah, it seems i'm not the only one who got a "5 points infraction + post deleted" for nothing vulgar/naughty/impolite/wathever...
