thanks for the event and all but don't tell us that candy event is same as exp x2 because with vitality and pa it's a maximum 15% increase in exp, even though anything that helps and is free is always appreciated..

 

do the disapear when i swits :d from main to dual?

 

no, they are more like a rune of xp/sp, not a buff itself.

yes, it does.

 

here is a bug , if you have some characters at same highest level, and the first one was deleted (before the event), no gift will received in warehouse.

 

we know about this bug. it happens because the script that adds gifts to character's inventories compares the amount of exp on every character of an account and chooses the one with the most exp. it may a deleted character, or not the main one (in case if main was switched to dual class that is lower level that a twink character on that account).

if you are having this problem, don't hesitate to submit a ticket to our support service. there shall be no problem with moving the items to your main character.

 

fine, i submitted a ticket (ask a question) to the support service 4 days ago, but nothing happened.

 

support team is partially on holidays and tickets will be answered slower than usual. patience is required for this 2 weeks,
