    i pay 30 euro to wait 2 full working days to change my char name and noone gives a ****...fire the current cs people and hire someone who will know how to do their job

    dear user,

    gm staff still deals with huge amoung of tickets that have grown up while they were away ( here is the news ). its the source of the delay at current ticket submission.

    as you stated in first post, your name has been changed. why would you like to have a refund?

    no it wasnt done yet + show me any game where u wait 2+ days for such a simple service and theres noi response from support team

    why dont you even give priority to people that pay you?oh, because you got the free open source **** that can't sort anything? #pricecuts

    every player is treated in same way, we do not sort people by "one who payed" and "one who not payed".

    your complain is forwarded to gm staff.
