with immortal jewels syra hit me for max 3k, mages too strong...

 

we had iss/tank/healer 97/98, you should have won that pvp in 2 mins and you nearly lost it. but was good practice

 

y know, we are low. on 99 u can use solo cleanse on hax... and iss can use at on him to not get debuffs and not saying your wynn won it

 

my biggest problem was not being able to outheal the dmg, and slow casting speed.

 

dont worry, make 99, this problems will be fixed... i dont really mind this pvp in same worst case. i jsut wanted to explain, mage is harder to play, simply it is in my opinion.

while i agree both are squishy, you forget one thing hax, arcane barrier is useless on mass pvp, while ue is useful on every pvp.

you cannot debuff a target to land more skills on him, and you cannot debuff a target that is untargetabble either unless aoe (flash that goes many times to 10 seconds) and that's where the diference comes in. archer has much more defense bonuses than mage for mass pvp, however arcane barrier is extremely "exploitable" due to much lower re-use and u can go ch to refil ur mp in 1 minute, but it's still an exile/stun/silence away to be stalled while 95% debuff resist isn't joke when it can go to 1minute and 20 seconds duration.

archer is also extremely easier to gear up, you dont need dmg ring on it.

ofc mage still does more dmg which makes it more relevant adding the most op cc the game has to offer. snare, but if it isnt stacked, you will die by reflect or 1 shot. let's not forget tank on spike shield can reflect several times the dmg received vs nuker (it has no cap like physical dmg which takes ur own defense in count to cap it).

but as i said before, 3 healers, and there's no debuff. perma purge wins the game.

 

i'd say ue doesnt help vs debuffs, at least never did vs me
but else yes, ue+flash help to survive
