Items brought on AH from hacked accounts

hi im writing this post here coz some ppl in game had same problem with items that are recovered from originally hacked accounts brought on auction house....


3 days ago i have lost two items +6 gloves and boots x120. in my wh i got 563mil adena and after my petition gm insomnia recover to my wh another 7 mil adena and 30x crystals quest items, and said that is all money i spend on my items witch is totally wrong. the problem is i pay for them at least 2 times more. we all want to have profs logs or whatever from ah with prices of those items that we buy. some other guy from ba lost +6 gaiters and get 6mil adena to wh and some crystals, this is a joke?


we are not scamers thief's we all buy those items on ah like other players do and we didn't know that they were scamed or something, and u make us feel like thiefs we all loose even more then ppl who steal those items. now after 2-3 months u took items give us some **** money.

all we ask is to pay more attention to our case and treat it seriously. we all pay for this game and we will not leave it like this.

 

hello , i would like to share what happened to me yesterday.
i lost my seraph breastplate light with apperance maid costume
i bought leather breastplate +4 with few atributes on ah like 3 months ago and i putted there my maid costume as apperance, yesterday believe me my nerves when i see on my char no armor and just 300kk as recompensate in warehouse.... later i also got crystals i dont know how to use and my maid costume back , can someone explain me whats going on?

 

removing items after 3 months? why even bother to do it that late?

also 570kk for +6 eternal(?) boots/gloves 120? how can a gm even come to that price? even by checking auction house now any one can see it would be a lot more worth.

it's sad someone got scammed, but three months? so one guy was complaining for 3 months on support and now finally he got helped or what? :d

 

another very important fact: 3 months ago price was absolutly different. this is just very bad strategy from gm team. even if they will return full amount of adena, u still cant get new items. i believe, now when they will not investigate account sharing, this problem will be fixed as well.

i don't get. if you buy something from auction house it's not your problem or that was item scammed duped or bought from gm shop... but no.. admins take item, give adena and bb..
if someone who was scammed should not get any support just because for account sharing rules violation.. or for example my friend bought two months ago octavis shirt.. today he logged, and got mail with 260kk and octavis shirt gone.. wtf?
so i will make petition for +7 apo cutter 2sa what "someone logged my account and sold in auction".. now i'm scared even to take items from clan leader what i get in clan ewvents...

 

well if you're really hacked and it's not your fault you should get your items back. what i don't understand is why this is done after 2-3 months, when people worked on the bought item (like putting appearance).

if the person who got hacked wanted his items back, why did gms take action now?

if the items are just deleted because they came from scamming, then gms should investigate a bit more first how the person got the item. if they took it for 10 adena from ah, delete it. but if they paid a fair price for the item, you shouldn't just remove it... and if you remove it anything the user spent on the item (stones/crystals/ear/ewr/bear/etc) should be returned, not just some adena...

 

you guys are right, it's tottaly stupidy to loose something bought in ah, cuz it's stolen. but, it's the rules, and gm's need to do theyer jobs, it's just tottaly wrong to do not give back the full adena payd.

 

and after all true victim is not a guy who was "scammed" but that poor guy who spent all his money and time to get that item and in the end he left with nothing. just money. and item price is 2x higher then it was before... (it's example for armors/weapons what was few months or almsot year ago)
and idk how you can be scammed if nobody knows your login/password.. if you give them for someone that's all. it's your fault.

it's so hard to give new item for that "victim"? if that item what was stolen changed few owners it's really stupid stole that item from someone and say what they say..

 

it's better not to "creat items from nowhere", cuz it always can bug something. i dont think it's wrong to give item back, i think it's wrong to do not give the one who lost proper ammount back, with new prices.

 

on a serious note if in real life if you buy a stolen item it can be taken from you with no compensation.

 

ok proton but if u have the proof - and here gm`s have it u bought the item from ah - u can sue the guy to pay u back the money - here is imposib i agree - u paid for that stollen item. i agree to take back the stolen items but the players must recive back same value of the item like it is now, not like was then - cheaper or expensive - in the end is not theyr fault - on ah it doesn`t say when u buy a item: is stollen, u just buy it bcz u need it, after a hard work in game.

 

yea when i write petition i was rly mad and just want to give back my items, i pay for them fair price 2 months ago on ah now they are worth more. collecting items +6 is not that easy like buying clean items from ah... now im trying to get at least what i spend on them, and its like somebody says 570mil is not enough for 2x items+6 and there was no such price for r99 items from the beginning of server.

now imagine this that all of u can be in my position u buy something on ah like other player do and after even half year u log and see some poor adena in wh, u are unable to play for few days trying to get your stuff/adena back. the good thing is that gm can help if u are hacked but when u do that do it properly coz after this scamer can be chain of people who can lose much more.

i understand your frustration. however, the rules are the rules, and in case of account hacking we have to roll back all the deals. well, actually we do not have to give you any compensation for the acquired items, but we do, since we believe that doing otherwise would be unfair.
if we gave no compensation to the character, that means that he didn't pay anything for it. we are not perfect and we may miss something but if you think that we are wrong, you should submit a ticket and we will check it once more.
i believe that you are experienced people and you should know that buying something cheap on the auction (and you did pay a lot less than the real price even for the market 3 months ago) may do you no good in the long run as a low price is indicative of account hacking. so please be careful.

 

it wasnt really so low price, it was lowest from others for sure thats why we bought it, its like in real life, u go and search in every shop price and buy the lowest price not the highest for same item.we dont see buying an item from auctioner if it was stollen from someone..and thats how we became another victims ...

 

i will write this 5'th time i didn't spend 570kk for 2 items r99 on ah it was much more! and gm tell me its all i spend to buy those 2 items. we don't want nothing more , only money we rly spend. for one item only i pay 550+ milion coz i borow money from my cp mate and im 100% sure for that, so where is compensation for second item...

 

1st u all qq obout akk sharing and petiton wars from it-they change it for you..
now u qq obout u get any kind of compensation on roll back itemz ...... you all r so smart "***" to know how deal whith rules and avoid penaltys -so go read it again and be thakful for some money you get back.

 

why should anyone dumb enough to get his account scammed be compensated?
