Items brought on AH from hacked accounts

why they have to take our items , is hard to give items back to scammed ppl and not touch our accs ?

 

just lol whats hard on spawning item that was hacked/missing/whatever to the victim ? instead you create another victim ? everybody exept the badguy is suffering .

that wont be good, just imagine it with some bigger item, and this way it gets duplicated (forexample: valakas/antharas/trasken jewels)

 

trigger have right. anyway they should give u extra adena if there is changes in item price on ah. about epics they should back all adena/enchants u spend thats all.

 

would be too easy to duplicate items indeed. besides in real life if you purchase a stolen item the police can take it back from you as well.

keep trying...it's ridiculous action from them take something from you, and do not pay the same ammount you payd. since the adena you spent, the hacker got it.

 

they said that they not help for "hacked" accounts and still take items from players...
i can understand if it was bless anthy/valakas or +12+++ r-r99 weapon. but take **** from players what is worth <1-2b.. like this from my clan friends gone 2x octa shirt, seraph tunic... so maybe now you will take shots what was bought in ah? and reduce xp what you get when you sued those shots?

probably you ebayed/mxc the item, and you got it via trade that you gave no compensation/adena your fault,
or you gave the adena later, still you gave nothing when you trade the necklace, they can see logs how you traded stop cry.

"hacked" account owner should not get any help from support, because owner is fully responsible that some1 got his/her acc info one way or another- putting same pass everythere, use of illegal/infected softs, using friends mashines, sharing acc, not protecting his/her pc- whatever reason is, its acc owner fault that he gave up his info and no1 else.

so why to give help for such ppl? let them learn their lesson and not involve 3rd side ppl.

or at least find the way to help these pathetic *******s without punishing innocent ppl. like- instead of taking item from 3rd ppl and giving them 50% worth compensation, leave items as it is now and give that compensation to "hacked" acc owner if he worth to get anything at all. or , dunno- find the "hacker" (if its not the "hacked" acc owner him self) and **** him or smth.

by doing what you (gms)are doing now you just losing players and it would be better even if you do nothing about "hacked"? accs.
