toxic , mongolhorde , maddogs are some clans with clan skills that are pve which come in my mind right now and you can try but ofc if you check the registered recruiting clans in game you will see many pve clans and details according their language skills lvl and recruitment restrictions. good luck mate! ps: not sure if toxic still have no wars but you can try find out and ask.
